(He can pick out smells easily, he can't tell what you are, but he knows your not a plant)

We aren't facing the vampires now." Eldrich said, not turning back or breaking his stride. "Now are you people coming or not?!" He stopped and turned back quickly.

Eldrich smiled at Anur "We're in a forest, there are bound to be smells all around, for all you know, it could just be an animal, a mischievous pixie, or a hunter stalking his prey." He then points at Valin "Hopefully, unlike this one, we aren't his prey!"

"I don't see how that would help much. Not many people have actually been to the ruins, it could be several day's journey, especially with this delay." Eldrich said. "But regardless, we should still set out now, the less time we take up, the lower the chances of another village being attacked by the vampire while we're gone."

"Bitten?" Eldrich questioned, "Bitten by what? True there are likely bears, coyotes, bugbears, and other animals, but they wouldn't just randomly attack us, even if they did, they aren't exactly quiet. No, I say the real thing you have to worry about is some pixies messing with you in your sleep, and they can't do too much harm." He said confidently, yet inside, he was unsure of what he was saying. 'at least I hope that's all we have to worry about, no need to get them worked up over anything that might not be real, though.' He thought.
"However, I do believe we should work up some shifts for keeping watch." Eldrich nodded.

"I doubt the vampires even actually know we're here. The strategies they used have mainly been calling me and Debrah out to where they are, not the other way around." Eldrich said. "I would say we're about as likely to get attacked by the vampires here as in Ry, and that isn't very likely." Eldrich nodded once more and let out a slight chuckle.
