"I tried!" Rika said, with a small snort. "You never listened." Rika walked in and sat near the crackling fire. Sitting there, she dried quickly.

Fuyaa heard exactly what she said. He gave her a look and shrugged while continuing to dry himself up.

"Yeah~ no harm meant. What's next?"

Soon as he felt the warmth entering in, he then stood up and one by one removed his rain clothing, starting with the already damp shawl.

"Next? Next we wait." Rika said bluntly. "The others are yet to come." She explained. En crept over to sit near her, close to the fire.

"Knowing my luck they probably never will," the girl with fire-red hair said, looking exactly as though she were asleep, a calm tone in her voice that said she was pleasantly comfortable and didn't really mind if it rained til the end of time or the others never came. She wouldn't move even if you picked her up.
A hint of that must have crept into her voice, because one man tried just that, lifting her out of her chair. And she really didn't move. She stayed in exactly the same position, four feet off the ground. Laughing, he put her down, ruffled her hair in an amiable way, and returned to his buddies while a few glittering coins traded hands. A few gave the girl-warrior hooded, wary glances. They knew how much muscular control that took. And she hadn't even shown a strain, maintaing her sleepy somnolence with ease.

Fuyaa also looked in amazement as to how the girl managed to stay completely calm while her chair was being lifted. He did not say any word, just looked at her and returned his gaze back to the fire. It may seem that what she say is true - but as long as the girl stays in this inn for a while, he might as well make up the most of it.

After a while standing near the cozy fire he soon felt that almost all of his clothes are dried out. It may be hell raining outside but it also is hell with this world's humidity. Water just can't stay long in one form.

((He lifted her, not her chair sweatdrop ))

She looked at the damp- no longer wet- guy out of one sleepy(-looking) eye. She gagued him as her eyes ran up and down. A minute later, deciding he probably wouldn't try anything, she closed her eye again and slipped into a meditative state of alertness. She looked asleep, but was ready to fight if need be.
There would be no taking her by surprise.

As soon as his clothes felt much comfortable, Fuyaa then moved to the nearest window and sat in it's extended sill. He loomed over the gray clouds and watched as people still kept busy outside. His homeworld is definitely the opposite, whereas when it rains, the whole community goes to deep silent and motionless - it's people greatly disturbed to when a flashflood might emerge.

((I keep talking to you, I'll learn more Japanese.))

Sachi opened one eye lazily. she was enjoying the fire, but he intrigued her- for some reason. Maybe it was the ears. Had she ever seen any so pointy? She couldn't remember any. She wondered where he was from. She heard rumors, of course, but rumors weren't always true. After a minute, with the same lazy grace she seemed to fill every motion with, she got to her feet and ambled over to him, taking a place opposite him in the long window. She didn't say anything, but stared at him through purple eyes. She seemed like the kind of person who enjoyed fun and games, and didn't like to work.

But then, you couldn't ignore the muscles in her arms. Or the way she'd kept her lazy position with no support.

And she stared.

[[Okay... I rarely use them though..]]

Fuyaa's ears twitched making him look back and glance the whole room. Elves have senses much sensitive than humans that they can actually see in the dark, hear 3x the range of human ears and feel a difference in temperature up to half of a fahrenheit.

His scanning quickly ended as he saw the sleepy-lazy-girl giving somewhat a leer to him. His ears twitched again. 'It must be her...'

"You... ", Fuyaa pointed at the girl lazily sitted in the chair near the fireplace, "... don't give me that look - I feel like I'm being swallowed whole."

His ears twitched again... once more.

"Blind, aren't you?" She drawled, in front of him. Her smile was lazy. Her whole attittude was lazy. She grinned, quite relaxed, no fear in her. At all.

And she stared. It didn't look like it, not exactly, but she did.

"Fat... aren't you?" Fuyaa emulated the lengthened wordings. He then sighed and stretched his hands upwards. "Fine."

He then moved his body to occupy the whole sill, reclining and then lying down towards the window, watching the grey clouds moved slowly, showering the surroundings with colors of gray and bleakness. His ears still twitch occassionally but he didn't mind it anymore. 'There sure are sharp people around the place', he thought to himself, 'and much more of those that make the difference.'

He closed his eyes and breathed in deep. His long journey couldn't have been more disappointing. At least~ he found this shelter.

She idly looked over her belt knife, inspecting it in the flickering light of the inn. "I'm fairly certain you slipped," She told him. "Because I'm quite sure I'm not fat." She smiled, checked the sharpness on a strand of hair, and put the blade away. She then opened the window, slid out of her now much smaller seat- he did have to stretch out, didn't he?- and onto the porch.
Sachi then, with a smile, politely closed the window and settled on a porch rail, comfortably lounging in the damp air. She slid back into the state of lazy alertness, as she watched the rain fall.

And it was quiet.

[[Elves have a smaller body frame compared to humans, Silent-chan. It was not a mistake.]]

Fuyaa didn't moved in as she went to the porch. The humid air flew inside giving more comfort to his already spent body - enough to give him a big yawn. "Whatever rocks your boat.", he blankly replied. He continued to watch the greyed heavens and to the girl who just stepped to the porch for a view.

((Either way, she's thin in human terms. She'd say that anyway.))

Had she heard him, she would have asked, in lazily polite terms, what a boat was. She'd never seen one. She'd heard of them, but never seen one. And she was curious.
But she didn't hear him, and stared out at the rain. All that travel, all that work and study, and now a wait? A wait that could take years? She didn't like the thought of waiting. There were baddies to fight. People to meet.
Blades to inspect.
There was a world- several of them- to explore. She was laid back, yeah. but she wanted to see the world, too.

Fuuya, after some hours, lazily watching the gray skies that never turned blue switched views to the insides of the inn.

The same old cozy fire near to where the lady had stepped out... the comfortable chairs and all the other things people could find entertainment on... except to him.

He started to stretch out his long sleeping arms and legs and looked back to the lady by the porch.

"Just to keep our wits sharp, you know... can I challenge you to a spar?"
