If it was possible, his grin widened. he took off after her, giving chase, matching her moves for moves. He liked her laugh and had hopes of seeing nothing but a smile on her face, laughter in her voice.

When she made it to the cave she bolted inside, hiding herself in the inky black depths. Not that such a thing could hide her from him. She knew he could see just as well in the darkness as she could. But she had an idea. She shifted her form back to normal and tried to create the illusion of cavern wall where she stood. Maybe she could get him this time.

He followed her into the cave only to come to a halt, looking around. his heart thudded in his chest, thinking he'd lost her.

Luciana dropped the illusion and ran to him, wrapping her arms around his neck.
"I'm still here, Sapir." She nuzzled him. "I'm not going anywhere."

He wrapped her in his arms and held her there, reassuring himself she was right there as his heart settled in his chest.
I hope not. I think I'd have to raise a little hell.

I certainly hope you would, lifemate. Now...didn't you make me promises about this cave earlier?
Her hooves were moving up his chest. She used her mind to create another set that ran down his legs.
Or was I imagining that?

He grinned, walking her back into the cave as far as they could go before he kissed her.

So don't move. He kissed her temple, held her close and willed them to sink a little lower into the earth. He didn't cover them just yet. he simply laid there, holding her to him.
