I think Kaa is a amusing villian-ish character. I love his song. "Trust in me, just in me, close your eyes, and trust in me." mrgreen Lulling Mogli to sleep so he can eat him.
I Friggen loved the Pink Elephants, but Heffelumps and Woosels scared me a little.

evil queen and malifacent.
those are the best two.
the way the queen just is so creepy and elegent,
and malifacant too, for similer reasons(and cause she is so evil, putting curses on babies?)

I love Hades. (No way! Right? ;p) Old villains were scary and creepy. Like the Witch from Snow White when she turns into the old woman. Ugh *shiver* Fidget and Rattigan from TGMD are great. Disney evils are great. But yes, the Villains have kind of 'dumbed down' over the years.

Oh! Rattigan gave me the creeps when I was little- like, serious creeps. I was so scared of him.

I'm talkin' not bothering to watch when he was on the big clock tower thing- I don't really remember why, but it really really scared me.
