[edit] You know, if you think about it, Disney has always had it's evil side. The Little Mermaid? I watched that when I was little and always ran away when Ursula came on the scene. I recently watched it for the first time all the way through like a year ago.
She just scared the crap out of me.
This forum, is basically just to discuss the evil of Disney. But how good always overcomes evil.
Favorite villian?

Yeah, Ursula really scared me...
Somehow, I think that villains in the older films were better... Like Maleficient from "Sleeping Beauty".
And the witch from “Snow White”.
The newer villains seem to be... corny? And they usually reform at the end, or are just stupid idiots.
Although I think Disney has redeemed itself as far as villains go with Davy Jones. That guy was merciless.
Back to the topic though...
Take a look at "Bambi".
His mother got shot by hunters.
The "Lion King"... Scar got eaten by his hyenas.
And didn't Ursula get impaled?

Yep, With the broken spike thing in front of the ship. It was grodi. And then she sank into the water flailing her tentacles everywhere. It was a bad scene for little kids. My mom laughed at me the other day because I went to go get water when Ursula got on the screen. It was completely innocent----
She told me she remembered when i'd run after her crying because ursula got on the screen when I was tiny.
I have weird fears....
Like the unnatural fear of my garbage disposal ever since that stupid commercial....

Ursula certainly scares the crap outta me, and Jafar's terrible, yet hilarious, puns now strike me as ... stupid.

I'm gonna have to agree with HarryPotter106. Maleficent pwns. The end.
Even though The Little Mermaid is my favorite, Ursula is just...a power-mad octopus-woman. Actually, I suppose that is pretty cool...
But I stand by my Maleficent pwns statement.

As much as I adore that movie, Fidget still scares the crap out of me.
When he pops up in the window and scares Olivia?
The first time I saw it, I screamed. I still jump when I watch it.
Fidget is high ranking for sure, even above classic Disney villians, in my book. How many things can beat a raspy, peg-legged bat?

I don't really have a FAVORITE Disney villan, but they all use to kind of scare me eek lol sweatdrop My little sister said her idol from Disney is Cruella De Vil! O.O lol

I love Fidget!! yeah, that part scares me still when he scares Olivia. Also, I would always run out of the room when Ursula got mad and she turns into a giant and I would have nightmares that she would eat me. x3 Also, Oogie Boogie scared me too! I would always run away before he eats the poor little bug! TT.TT poor little thing. I would also run away when Jafar turns into a Genie. Uh, I would also run away when Cruella had those creepy eyes when she goes mad and drives like crazy on the streets. x.x I got scared a lot when I was little. Beauty and the Beast scared me a bit too! but my all time favorite disney villan is...uh...I dunno...hm...I would have to say...uh...the Queen of Hearts and the Cheshire Cat, though the Cheshire Cat isn't technically a villan, but he was in the disney puzzle I bought that was uber hard, but because I'm way beyond an Alice fanatic, which is creepy, I love the Queen of Hearts.

I have to agree. I heart Fidget. But he is creepy as heck! I swear! -the time he was in the baby cradle.... holy frickin CRAP.
I think Fidget is the best villain.
I also love his voice.......... o.O
Disney's just amazing they have so many good characters you can't pick the best! >.<

oh yeah! I know! It's just driving ya crazy!!! Fidget does have a cool voice and when he was in the baby carriage, that was scary! I cried when the poor little mouse got eaten by the big huge fat cat. TT.TT I still cry when I see it.

The Evil Queen in Snow White.

Specifically when she is both holding the box with the heart in and when she turns into that old witch.
I've always been afraid of stupidly old people. And when she's walking through the dungeon - crunching skulls on a crusade to kill her step-daughter, you can only shudder. . .
I really loved Fidgit ^^
I thought he was ******** awesome. That Rattican [Name check O.o] scared me when he went all primal on Basil in the Clock Tower.
I used to have to hide from that bear in the Fox and the Hound too.
No bear should have red eyes and oversiezed teeth like that one did.

When I was little I was absolutely petrified by the Queen from Snow White. I couldn't watch that movie because I was so scared. I was also freaked out by Chernabog from Fantasia. I never watched the last segment of the movie because I was so freaked out. But now I love both movies <3 The queen still scares me a bit, though. The villians from The Great Mouse Detective also were scary, but I still watched that movie. It was one of my favorites as a child x3
I really like the deaths of Disney villains. I mean, you saw the sillouette of Clayton being hung. That's just creepy. And the Evil Queen fell off a cliff and was smushed by a rock! How awesome is that?

Apparently I'm weird. Cause I was never petrified as a kid. Sure, some of them scared me. But I never ran away or fast forwarded or anything.
Yeah! The first time I watched Trazan I saw Clayton's shadow, and all my cousins were like "um shut up you're insane." but I knew I saw it. sweatdrop
