"With all do respect i don't plan on coming back once I leave... Before we head out though I need to write up a few short notes to my friends at the underground and leave em with Sira." He leaned against the wall crossing his arms over his chest, he didn't sleep last night and still had a few hours of work before they left... it was going to be a long couple of days "How far is it from here to the first stop?"

"We can stop anytime. I can see you are exhausted as am I. So we ought to get pretty far from the castle at least incase someone comes looking...and then we can rest easy. I hope I don't fall asleep on my horse. That would be bad...why don't you say goodbye in person? We have time..." She asked.

He shook his head "It's Thursday, none of the boys will be out, I'll just drop the things off with Sira, she'll make sure they get delivered on time." He yawned "and yeah I am exhausted, but I'm excited to finally be leaving here! If the town isn't incredibly far then I can make it there before I completely wear out. How far is it do you think?"

"A good fifteen miles or so but we can stop when we come to a clearing." She yawned. "Do you want to get your horse now? I'll wait behind the stables for you." She put her back against the wall, reddish pink hair blowing in the gentle breeze of the afternoon.

DamianBaqer Konstantin walked just out of the firelight and into the dark before quickly relieveing himself behind a tree. After he'd finished he went on a bit further and sat down with a sigh. Things are giong ok... He looked up at the stars peeking through the trees and took a deep breath I am so homesick it hurts... I can't believe how much I miss them... He dropped his head into his hands wiping away the tears. I will do my best to make this work... I have to The war needs to end, people need to be allowed to live in peace and not fear for the lives of their loved ones... He sat there with his head in his hands quietly crying and thinking over everything. HOW is this going to work? She doesn't want to... she loves another, I don't exactly want to, but I have no other... NOTHING is working anymore!!!!"

She startled him, he jumped a bit then sighed "Just homesick I guess. I just needed a few minutes alone to collect my thoughts." He put his head back down wiping away the tears and then got up. "Come on, it's chilly out here, let'd head back to the fire at least." He put his arm around her, he was shaking a bit both from the cold and being shocked. He didn't want to get under the blanket though, so he just did his best to keep from shivering and walked back to the fire.

I have to go in in a bit to make sure that Latasha is there, the new girl I have to train. And then I need to make sure that Linus is getting everything ready." He laughed "I'm glad I made a mental list of everything I'd need to get so that I could just ramble it off, that old loon owed me so much not only for work, but I had caught him on numerous occasions with the kitchen staff in his office and he's married, I know his wife, nice woman. I swore to him that I wouldn't tell, but she deserves to know, So after I get my horse I plan to head up to the library to let her know of her husbands dirty deeds then I'll just need to grab my things and we can be out of here by 6 at the latest, of course I'll have to make a quick stop by The Underground to drop off the notes. sound ok to you?"

He hadn't really noticed unti she'd unwrapped in the blanket and then he looked away "No it's ok, I understand. I hope you don't mind my going topless as well" he smiled a bit looking over his shoulder at her "We should probably get some sleep." He layed back a bit away from her with his feet to the fire and looked up sadly at the stars.

Kisa didnt like the sad look on his face, especially after such a happy day. "Tell me whats wrong," she said, putting her hand on his arm in a concerned manner, "please?".

He shrugged "I'm homesick, I miss my friends, it's one of their birthday's today, TJ he's turning 21. I had a really great day, don't get me wrong it was wonderful, but I still miss my friends. And maybe you are right, maybe things aren't meant to work out, but maybe they are... it's just hard right now for both of us." He looked over and smiled to her "Don't worry, I'll be ok you should get some sleep." He kissed her hand on his arm.

Kisa gave him a faint smile, and laid back down, only this time, she was closer to him. "I hope things work out," she said softly, as she shut her eyes.

"Alright sounds good to me." Nika said. "I'm going to deliver the note to Ashling that I wrote. I'll give her the one for my father too. I'll see you at the stables after 5, maybe around 5:30 or so. That should give you enough time to do your duties and get the horse he owes you." She headed off.

He nodded and then headed in, he went to his room and pulled out a ew sheets of paper, he wrote up the notes to his friends and one to Sira for all her help and service. He finished the notes just in time to head to the early dnner. Once through with the serving and training Latasha it was 4:50 and he headed to the stables. Linus glared at him "Here are the horses m'boy choose yours"
"Well that's the thing, I contacted my friend and he needs a horse as well, so what are the chances I could get two from you?"
Linus frowned "Fine take two"
Eric nodded "Thank you" He looked over and chose a youngish white male and a honey brown colored smaller female. "These will be perfect"
Lins nodded and informed the stable boy about the others then left "See ya around Eric"
Eric smiled petting his two new horses and told the stable boy to pack the one and put just the reigns on another. He left and went up to the library and found Linus' wife. He pulled her to the side and whispered what he knew to her about her husband. She teared up and thanked him with pat on the shoulder "I'm dreafully sorry about the news, but I had to wait until I was safe from his grasp"
"I understand and thank you very much for informing me" She swallowed back a sob and went back to her desk. He left and went to the stables, it was nearly 5:45, he hoped Nika hadn't left without him.
