PLOT In early AD, a time without cars, guns, and technology, there reigned to supreme nations; Daeti, a peace-loving nation, and Mael, a fierce nation of warriors. The two nations are at odds with one another, with many battles and much blood shed between each other. The Elders of each nation have requested a cease-fire between the two nations, and possibly a union. So, four daughters of Daeti royalty are to marry four sons of Mael royalty. All eight of the children disagree with this strongly, but have been forced to carry it out. Can the eight find love and peace between one another, or are the two nations to fight to their demise?

Appearance: Kisa (blonde)
Personality: Kisa, being the oldest of the princesses, feels an obligation not only to set an example for the other princesses, but to everyone. She gets upset when people think she is a frail and weak, and cannot do things the same as a man, and is not afraid to prove them wrong. Stubborn and head-strong at times, she is determined to find peace for both nations and marry Konstantin, even though she is in love with another man.
To marry: Konstantin
Bio: Kisa was born and raised in Daeti, until at the age of 13, she was captured and taken as a slave to a neighboring nation, were she was beaten and worked. The royals, wishing not to tell the people of Daeti the truth, told the people that Kisa was living with her grandparents in a neighboring kingdom, all the while sending out a covert mission to find Kisa. At the age of 18, she was found, and brought home, having told no one of what happened during those 5 years; she has kept up the story with her people that she was living with her grandparents.

Personality: Stiff, formal and hostile to most people, but she shows a caring side to those who really know her.

Bio: She was sent to Finishing School a a young age, where a personal Governess was hired to train Ashling to be the fine, upstanding young lady. She spent a lot of time away from her family, growing distant to them even until now. She could care less whether she was married off in an arranged marriage, just so long as there was peace throughout the kingdom.

Personality: Somewhat stubborn yet generous, kind, and willing to help her friends and loved ones. Although she is young, she is wise beyond her years. She is as dangerous as she is pretty. Her bold ways are only overruled by her adventurous nature which sometimes causes people to think she is a free spirit and therefore somewhat of a child. She despises marriage, believing that it would prevent her from her travels.

Bio: Despite the fact that she came from royalty, Nika was secretly raised by her father as a swordman when her mother passed away. She was actually born and raised to the age of 10 in Mael. Her father was afraid that people would find out that it was truly his jealous brother that killed her mother so he fled to Daeti to start a new life. That is when Nika was selected as a peace offering to be wed to a Mael boy. She strongly refuses the arranged marriage but her father tells her to endure it because their nobility is at risk.

Personality: Avel is sort of shy, and a bit distant at times. She enjoys alone time, since she has a lot of it normally. She's not very social, for other reasons. If she does talk to you, she talks very quietly and doesn't make eye contact, however, she is very nice, once you get to know her.

Bio: Avel is the youngest princess chosen from the Daeti nation to wed a Mael prince. She has had a very secluded home life with her family, her mother having died several years ago and her father always dealing with politics. As a result, she is a very softspoken girl and spends most of her time reading books. She is rather opposed to the forced marriage, but has no place to fight back.

Personality: She is sweet and kind hearted to anyone and everyone she meets she always makes a good first impression. She is nice to even the evilest of people.

Bio: Amilia is a good singer and always has been she can sing a song that could put the stubornest of men to sleep.

Appearance: ((I will draw a picture when I get a few moments to sit down and draw one up unless you canfind one that fits his description)) looks about 18, has strawberry blonde hair, stands 5'8". He has bright green eyes a semi-fair complexion, his hair is slightly longish and somewhat shaggy. He's generally dressed in messenger clothing allowing him easier passage through the castle gates and some parts of the city.
Personality: Adventurous and a bit troublesome. He'll stick up for what he believes in and even some things he doesn't. He likes his job as a messenger because it allows him to travel about and meet many interesting people. he likes to snoop and earn extra gold.
Bio: His father had worked in the castle and met his mother who had been a traveling bard. When she came to the castle for a special occasion, they were introduced. A year after they were married and a few months later Eric was born. When Eric was 5 his mother left off again to continue her travels and he remained behind with his father. He hasn't seen his mother since but occasionally receives a letter in the mail. A few years before his father passed away from a stroke and now he's on his own in the castle just making his own way and enjoying every moment.People of Mael:

Personality: Mysterious, quiet enjoys reading and arts as well as some fencing. Not the overly athletic type. Won't start a fight, but will stand up for what he believes in. Generally easy-going once he comes out of his shell a bit.
To marry: Kisa
Bio: He was always the quiet one. Sitting alone in the shade he could usually be found practicing his letters, reading, or drawing of some sorts. He'd often shirk off alone to practice some tai chi or fencing. Long horse back rides through the nearby woods would break up the monotony of his days. He loved his horse, Chunji. He'd raised him from birth and they were constant companions. From a young age he'd had attendants just as the other royalty. His parents soon found that he wasn't the type to get into trouble. He was generally out trying to help the neighborhood boys with their letters, while they would teach him fencing moves. He enjoys languages. He loves to hear and read and learn about them. When he wad 9 his parents gave him the choice of having attendants or not. He quickly dismissed them and began wandering on his own in the city. When he turned 12 he went to his father and began questioning laws and the way certain processes were conducted. His father and him worked over then folowing two years to reconstruct the entire social system and make living better for his fathers people. He also helped to open up a small school where he taught art mostly to underprivelaged kids. His mother and him never seemed to get along well. He was the third of 5 children and the 'awkward' one. Konstantin was always lagging about while the other boys were making trouble. In a warring nation, it was rather odd to have a young man interested in arts and languages. At the age of 16 his mother accused him of being a homosexual, but it didn't get very far. The following year she died. One month before her death he was told of the arranged marriage. Though he didn't agree with arranged marriages he hoped that by doing what his parents wished of him he would be able to bring some good out of it. With this mentality he soon left for Daeti in hopes of finding the original cause of the war and hopefully bringing it to an end.

Personality: Lev is usually a happy and energetic person. He is not that great of a leader because of his "live by the moment" attitude. He tries to look for the bright side of life, though there may not always be one.

Bio: Lev is the second oldest of the Mael princes, his brother Konstantin only older by a couple minutes. He and his brothers are very close, so there are not many secrets kept between them. He has always been the playful one of the family, always getting into trouble or not paying attention. He really doesn't care about the war and the position he and his brothers are put in that much.

personality:he is generally a good guy that wears his emotions on his sleevs with causes him to speak and act without thanking sometime and he is strong willed and adventerous.

Bio:He has always been adventerous and never muched liked beening in the castle so much to his attendents dismay he would sneek out. He and his freands in the village would often go on adventers. Even now he often sneeks out of the castle. He was trained to fight like a worrier and can already beat all the soldiers.

Personality: Naum is a nice guy, he's kind of headstrong and has a good sense of humor although he kind of gets his words mixed because he originally came from a town that didnt speak current english. He isnt very good around girls either.

Bio: Naum was a child with many problems in his past but was always a happy person. He had many friends until one day he was assigned to fight in the battles that happend between the two nations. He does like to fight but sometimes he doesnt like to see his comrades die even if he hadnt gotten to know the person. He joined the Mael hoping it would some how toughen him up a bit.
