He flipped his tail up and down, gazing at her with big, beautiful, ruby eyes.

Ashado sighed, hearing the dull thump of his heart through the Earth. He smiled.((Gah! There it is again!))
The Earth has a heartbeat. Did you know?
He rolled over, and pressed his ear to the ground,. listening. He had Evelyn tucked beneath his arm, and he kept his tummy off of the ground.

He blinked, and listened harder. Then he smiled, rolling his eyes.

He looked at her, then his eyes shifted to a newly uprooted tree a few yards away.
