Attacking Morgan - 15 Cumulative Damage Actions 1/3
Watching Gawain die was a strange thing, she had only lashed out at Morgan once, but now it seemed everyone was out for Blood. Riley had gone mad, Percival had ultimately landed the final blow but Sammy didn't hold that against him if what the knight said was true it still tied to Morgan. Kill Morgan break the spell right?
Her sword slipped free again and she dashed forward towards the red knight. He was still quick, her blade slipped by harmlessly as she dashed by lunging forward with the blade. A hiss rolling under her breath as she turned for the next blow.

Koray doubled back weaving around a few stray knights for another blow. Hoping Percival would remain strong in this. Though it was likely that all the Red Knights would be out for his blood....

It seemed this time Morgan was more prepared. Every time her weapon lashed out it was met by his own ringing loud, but harmless as the senior knight casually knocked her weapon aside.
"You think we can't be knights, you mocked us, lord knows what spell you put some of us under. If anyone was the monster it was always you. I've heard the rumors of what you 'hunt' the whispers in the banquet hall before you started running your mouth..."

Suddenly there it was, her sword slipped in flicking upwards to knock his own weapon aside just a bit, she turned pulling back building momentum with the twist her sword driving home slicing through a c***k in his armor. Satisfaction.
It was promptly met with rebutal maybe from the knight himself or one of the ones who fought for him she wouldn't know but Sammy soon found herself knocked aside once more watching as other took her place in the melee.

Watching Gawain go, for the lack of a better term that fitted and tactful, insane was like watching a dog go rabid. He had threatened to take out all of the apprentices-knights, errants, and the Great Knights Percival and Morgan. What did he see? Were they really corrupted? It was when his voice boomed, his accusations assaulted them all like daggers through the heart, to their pride when he was suddenly silenced. It was the blade that pierced the Great Knight's chest that got the Black Order's attention. It was a shape he had not seen before, at least not one wielded by the Great Knight Sir Percival. And like that, the Green Knight Gawain had fallen, and just as quickly, Morgan and Percival were already at words with one another.
Before long, it was a battle to see who sided with who and which of the Great Knights would remain standing.
Uru had fought beside Sir Percival.
He had attacked Sir Morgan.
He was not going to change his allegiances now.
Morgan was wrong. He was defying the Great King's wishes! They were not to use the Gate. It was suppose to be left alone!
Whipping his basket-hilt around, the apprentice-knight lunged at the Red Knight Morgan.

"You were suppose to be an example for the Red Order! You were suppose to be an example to all the apprentices, something to become, something to follow!" Uru cried as he held his blade out, his free hand against his chest. He didn't understand where this was all coming from. He didn't understand why the Great Knights were behaving like this. Or why any of the errants were acting as irrational as them. Did they see something he could not? Was he blind to the truth? Was there a truth?
All he knew was that he had to defend the Great King's wishes, he had to uphold the honor of the Black Order of Merlin, he had to live by the Knight's Code of Conduct.
By the looks of everything here, everyone was walking a fine line. Many have already crossed it.

There was no way to be resourceful here. There was no way to be wise here. The only way he could continue with his code was to offer to those who sought power and greatness more meaning to their lives. But what was there meaning to their lives if they were defying not just their Great King, but their code and their lives as well?
Was he also Errant?...

Attacking Morgan - 31 Cumulative Damage [ 1/3 ]
Sherry turned her attentions back to the fight. What was left of it at least. There was something horribly wrong about Percival landing the killing blow on Gawain like that. But things hadn't been right in the moments before it had happened.
Nothing was right, Sherry admitted to herself. This whole horrid mess of things was wrong. And so, in a desperate attempt to help fix things, she lashed out at Morgan. She had heard what Percival said, she had something in the mirror. They should have listened to Percival from the beginning.
Her attack was pitiful, in her eyes at least. A lunge that went wide, connect with nothing. Perhaps she was too afraid, too shaken?

Attacking Morgan - 35 Cumulative Damage
For a long, long moment, Piper was utterly struck dumb, deaf, blind, all things that took away all senses because none of this made sense, none of it possibly could at all. Why didn't Morgan have a reflection in the mirror? Why didn't they? Why did Gawain go mad and decide that destroying them was best? What had he seen that had influenced him so strongly that he thought it best to take control of the kingdom, to obliterate the apprentices that had taken up arms in their names? And where, God, where was the Great King? They were crumbling apart--
--and she found her voice again when Percival struck the green knight down. A soft gasp, almost a simple "oh" to bid Gawain farewell. She barely felt the places the thorns had dug deep into, or where the vines had constricted. All she saw was blood and gold and jewels and complete, utter, insane madness.
Almost unconsciously, she scooped up some of the undirtied treasure to slip into her robes. Backup plans. Maybe there was another place she could flee to, maybe Camelot wasn't the only place left for sanctuary. It'd mean going out into the great unknown, but maybe that was better than the alternative--being cut down by the ones she had supposedly pledged her allegiance to. (Where were the others? Were they also being driven mad?)
Hefting her polearm, she gulped and stabbed at the red knight out of pure spite before backing off, fear in her eyes as she looked around for an escape route.

Attacking Morgan - 35 Cumulative Damage
Ignatius had known nothing good could come from this.
The gate being pushed to the mirror seemed to be the worst possible route they could have taken, considering how quickly everything seemed to sink into chaos around them. What was wrong with Morgan? Why was he cackling like a mad man? Why did it seem like so many around him started acting strangely themselves, going from talking to themselves to out right attacking each other? Was this the sidhe at work? Were they already here? Maybe they should just try to bury the mirror under the gold--
Or under vines. Was that Gawain's intention? Perhaps that was his goal. Maybe the intent was to bury the mirror alive--or them, or strangle them alive. Coughing, Ignatius reached for his Francisca in vain--
Only to have it all slam to a stop, Percival taking action and killing Gawain. And Morgan was still... Cackling?
That guy was insane. It wasn't like they were shoving barrels along towards a bridge with lots of chickens flying around. That was something Ignatius could find humour in. In this situation, it was about impossible. Great Knight Percival just killed Great Knight Gawain, and clearly thought Great Knight Morgan was up to nothing good. That much was rather obvious to Ignatius, as well.
Ignatius was loyal to Percival and inclined to believe that he would not have acted without good reason, and Morgan (and Gawain, admittedly) was making that good reason not all that difficult to find.
Ordinarily, attacking the Great Knights would be a horrible idea, but right now it seemed he had little choice, throwing his axe in Morgan's direction...
And winced as he missed. Well. He'd need to try that one again...

Brenley had fallen into a hole, and when he came out, the world was in chaos. Yes, it had been pretty bad off before, but now a knight was dead, his knight, and no one was asking questions anymore, they were all just stabbing and shouting. He barely blinked as he searched the crowd for the boy who had divested him of his chicken jerky, the knight couple, the tall woman with the hat, but none of them were here. He didn't know any of them well, but he hoped they were still alive nonetheless.
Spotting a girl who appeared ready to just... leave, Brenley moved to intercept her as best as he could. As one of the only ones who wasn't crazed or in the middle of trying to bring down a Great Knight, she was probably the person best suited to shed some light on the situation, even if she did look almost as frightened as he felt.
Bren raised an axe in what he hoped was a non-threatening way. He really didn't want to drop either of them at the moment, just in case.
"What happened here?"

ATTACKING PERCIVAL - 4 CUMULATIVE DMG
"No," she whispered as thorns sprang up to wrap around her and every knight. Gawain couldn't be the new King! They had to find the current great King; he was their liege and no other. The green knight had harbored an unholy ambition in his quest and Hollandaise despised him for it, for that weakness. But, she still did not expect Percival to simply kill him. His bladed weapon came free of Gawain with the sickening sound of flesh tearing. She wanted to scream. No knight should kill another - ever! There was no need.
Her bow rose. "I don't understand," she choked out as her arrow flew towards Percival.

ATTACKING PERCIVAL - 8 CUMULATIVE DMG
"All of you have been corrupted."
Horace opened his mouth to question, to repeat the things Gawain had not answered. And then Percival was there.... Percival, the knight of protection had murdered Gawain. While it was true that Gawain had ranted like a madman, couldn't he had just... knocked him out? There was a dangerous recklessness in the way the blue knight moved. Horace shivered as Morgan laughed. Something had gone terribly, terribly wrong here.
He looked sharply at the girl who'd just shot at Percival. "Shoot to incapacitate, not kill!" Horace understood everyone's raised nerves; a general feeling of anxiety thrummed through the room. The mirror haunted him out of the corner of his eye.How had it gone so wrong? What the mirror controlling people - pushing them to insanity? He darted forward, slashing out with his anelaces. He stumbled - Horace remembered, now, how Percival and Gawain had attacked first. Now that the mirror and gate had been combined, Percival was a far greater threat: he was the one who would never back down and end this.
