Kutou - Eisei~ The Capital

Jin smiled widely, admiring the comb. "It's lovely, the perfect adornment for the Priestess of Seiryuu. We have what we need, except two tents, I think I can get them from the army station here. I know a couple of the commanders there, and I'm sure that they will lend us a couple , for the Priestess of course." Suboshi's smile widened and he offered the Miko his arm so he could properly escort her. He helped her up and told the driver to take them to the army's headquarters. It didn't take long to get there, and Jin got up. "Stay here Lady Priestess, I will return with the tents in short order." He went inside, letting the guards know why he was there, then he made his way into the courtyard, and saw the two men sparring. Jin, quite the swordsmen himself, found himself watching, nearly forgetting about his errand and the tents.

The Sword in Lei's hand unlike everytime before, continued to spark with lighting. Lei looked at the sword, then noticed something he had never seen before, there was a blue mark on his left arm near his elbow. His eyes went wide as he dropped the wooden stub, the light fading away, he held his arm with his right hand and staired at the mark.

Jin noticed the blue light, and the other man's strange reaction. Did he not know? Jin ran over, "Hey you, boy, let me see that mark on your arm." He tried to get a batter look, but the mark was fading. Jin wondered if he should just show him the Mark of Suboshi, but he hadn't got a good look at the mark.  

[Kuro Neko-Chan]

Lei yanked his arm back. "Get away from me!" the marked flashed again, and Suboshi had the strange urge to to what he said....he couldn't tell why, but he did. Lei covered his arm, what was happening? The sparks..the mark? Was he? Could he be a Senshi? Lei began to waiver, becoming light headed, "mommy...make him stop..." he mumbled then passed out.

Suboshi's own mark flashed at the command, and afterwards he became angry. "That damn brat tried to control me! There is no way he's a seishi, he's a faker, a counterfit." Jin turned his back on the boy, angry. Nobody messes with my head, sorcerer...  

[Kuro Neko-Chan]

After about five minutes and some cold water, Lei came to. He shot up, "Damn..." he didn't know how, but he had passed out and had the strangest dream about a little girl....he shook his head.
The general stood over him.
"So you are the best, and it would seem adept at Magic also?"
Lei rubbed his head then looked at his arm, "I can't control it....it just happens sometimes..."
"That mark...are you a Senshi or are you not?"
"I don't know...I really don't know." he looked around for the boy who had approached him.

Jin came back out of the store room, with the tent for himself and the Priestess. He say the sorcerer laying there and barely managed not to grimace. He walked around the training area, and toward the door. To the commander he said. "I'm sure it's fine to borrow these for myself and the New Priestess of Seiryuu. We have to find the other Warriors."  

[Kuro Neko-Chan]

"Hey!" Lei called to the boy, "I'm sorry what happened....its just these weird things happen to me...when I get angry it always thunders...you know strange things you can't explain." Lei stood up, "Names Shao Lei." he bowed.

Jin frowned a bit, "You have no control over your powers? And that mark... explain." Jin pulled up the arm of his shirt, showing his blue dragon tattoo. He closed his eyes and concentrated a bit, and the blue mark appeared. "I am Suboshi of the Seiryuu Seven. And if you are a warrior with a mark, then being unable to control your powers can only put Lady Tatsuko in danger. I suggest you find a teacher and learn."  

[Kuro Neko-Chan]

"How are you child to tell me how and when to learn my skills? How can you prove I am one of you?" Lei stood his blue eyes narrowed, off in the distance a crack of thunder was heard.  

[TionneDawnstar]

"Child? I am an adult and a Lord of Kutou! How dare you, a mere commoner, speak to me that way. I am the protector of the Lady Priestess, I found her, presented her to the Emperor, and now I go with her to guard her from danger on her perilous journey. You, trickster, tried to take over my mind, and have no control over a lighting ability, which could endanger the Priestess. You can prive ready to be in her company by getting control over yourself." Jin's voice and gaze never turned from cool and distant. "And don't even try your mind games on me, I know them now and my mind is too strong for such weak minded tricks."  

[Kuro Neko-Chan]

"Mind tricks? What mind tricks?I have no idea what you are talking about..." Lei took his sword from a man standing nearbye, holding it in his hand, "Honestly what are you talking about?"

Jin frowned, "You tried to compel me... I felt you enter my mind... you don't even know that?" He shook his head... "You have no business with the Priestess... stay in the Capital until we return. We only need you for the summoning anyway." He turned his back on him...

((OCC... I hpoe you know I'm not being mean... Jin is just like that.))

If Lei didn't have the pride he did, he would have charged the boy. He held his sword in his hand clenching it.
"You don't know what your talking about, you spoiled rotten child. You've probably never done a hard days work your whole life, this blade, this masterpeice, I forged it myself, I carved the ivory hilt, I set the pearls in its hilt. That sword, someone who didn't care who was only in it for money forged it. I can tell from here, its lousey quality."

Jin dropped the tents and drew his sword. "This is my ancestorial sword, forged by my great grandfather. You know nothing of what you speak. Silence your tongue!" Suboshi's eyes narrowed.

((Um he isn't a boy at all... he's 18 and looks older then he is...))
