As soon as Spheal entered the battlefield, Metsuki rushed towards the Flareon, yet again, hoping to do enough damage so he could capture it. Even if he got it weak enough he might only get one chance at capturing it. He had to give this attack his all. He swung downward at the Flareon and yelled out "Do not underestimate us!".

4 Damage Dealt
The attack deals a decent amount of damage to Flareon.
It doesn't look significantly weaker than before, but it's clear that the Poison is going to manage to knock it out before too too long.
Flareon is still standing, but it is beginning to go downhill.
Current Paralysis Check: 9
The Pokemon is Paralyzed and can't move.

As the Flareon twitched and shook due to the effects of Thunderwave, Metsuki realized that this was his opportunity to capture it. All of his Pokemon had fought hard in this battle and if he didn't manage to capture this Wild Pokemon then it would all be a waste. He wouldn't allow the pain that his Pokemon endured to be for nothing.
Without wasting another moment, Metsuki reached into his coat pocket for an empty Pokeball and threw it at the Flareon. "You've fought well, but this battle ends here!" he yelled out as the Pokeball opened and struck the Flareon.

The Pokeball crashed into Flareon and trapped it inside before falling to the ground. The powerful Pokemon shook the device quite hard, nearly opening it and crashing out. However, it had been weakened just enough to eventually lose its will to fight. After what would have seemed like an eternity of anticipation, the Pokeball ceased to move.
Flareon was captured!

Watching the Pokeball shake and suddenly come to a halt was easily the most exciting moment Metsuki had in quite some time. Spheal barked happily and did a few short laps around the area. It was probably just because it didn't have to fight the Flareon.
Metsuki walked over and picked up the Pokeball containing Flareon. He held the Pokeball in his hand for a moment. This was easily the most powerful Pokemon he had captured and would be invaluable in the days to come.
He clipped the Pokeball to his belt, returned Ceto to her Pokeball, and turned and left the alley. He needed to heal his Pokemon and let the adrenaline rush from this battle wear off.

Metsuki may now take up another Solo Event
Rules
1. Your character will manage to find a Wild Pokemon. If you aren't interested in this specific Pokemon, you may pass up the opportunity and continue looking. In this scenario, you are allowed to do this up to FOUR times, so if you end up passing up four Wild Pokemon, you will encounter a fifth, but it will be the last that you encounter in this Event.
Since Team #1 has been reduced in size, they will be allowed to pass up more Pokemon, as it will take less time for two people to finish two Solo Events than it would three finishing three Solo Events.
Make your entrance post with the area you're looking in and the event will begin.

[Enter Grasslands]
On his last visit to the Grasslands, Metsuki had managed to capture a Nidoran. Metsuki was hoping for similar luck this time. His eyes scanned the terrain in hopes of spotting a Pokemon powerful enough to use against the Gym Leader of Seiuchi City. The Gym Leader most likely will use Fighting type Pokemon so it was essential that Metsuki add a new Pokemon to his lineup. Out in this vast open space there must be a Pokemon that meets Metsuki's standards...

Soon after entering the Grasslands, Metsuki stumbled upon a yellow Pokemon that appeared to have a plug for a head. It seemed to be bullying the other, smaller Pokemon who were in the area.

Metsuki had come out here in hopes of finding a Flying-type Pokemon, but instead he stumbled upon a powerful looking yellow Pokemon that had black stripes. It loooked as though it was an Electric-type Pokemon. He already had a few Electric Pokemon of his own, but it seemed careless to pass up a Pokemon simply for lack of need. He still had plenty of empty Pokeballs so perhaps he could capture this Pokemon and then come back later in hopes of finding one that met his previous criteria...?
With that justification in mind, Metsuki unclipped a Pokeball form his belt and threw it towards the yellow and black Pokemon. "Joules! I am going to need your help to capture this Pokemon!". Joules landed softly on the ground and stretched for a few seconds. She had been in her Pokeball for longer than she would have like and the warm sun and fresh air looked to be doing her some good. She let out an excited squeak when she was ready for battle.First Pokemon: Minun Minun's Speed: 11
