Kaleb's smile was accomanied by a bit of a blush. "I-I guess that's true."
He lingered outside the door, fidgeting slightly. "Thank you for this afternoon," he started, briefly managing to glance up from his paws. "I-I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't found me."

He smirked slightly "That is the wonder of always being where you need to be when you need to be." Some days being themaster of time was far better than it seemed." He leaned down and nuzzled Kaleb gently. "Do take care darling. Get some rest."

Kaleb smiled at the affectionate gesture, still thankful for the entire lucky encounter. "I-I will, thank you," he said. Then he offered another smile and a timid parting wave, before heading into his apartment.
