Lily quietly set up a sleeping area a bit away from the others, in a spot where she could watch the rest and have her back to the large boulder on the edge of the clearing. She pulled out a packet of bread and cheese and began to eat quietly, watching the others curiously as she did so. She especially watched Zola, wondering what she would do now that they were here.

As Zola looked around, she noticed that there were horses present. The beasts reminded her of the Unicorn that once ran so freely through Perizada. The woodland sprite also made sure that the twinkles were in the trees (those were her faerie friends silently standing guard around the camp).
"These creatures were so kind to share their meal with me, I will give them a wonderful gift before we leave" Zola thought. She noticed that Lily had prepared herself a place to rest, and decided to do the same.
(Before she made her bed in the branches, she placed some of the black diamond-like stones around the ground for everyone)
The sprite then whispered in the wind: "Watch for the 'Dark' and alert me if the stones glow, we must protect our new friends. Tomorrow I shall go with theses creatures, but you know you must stay here. Do not be afraid. I feel that whatever the Dark is, it has something to do with what they are running from. I will ask their leader more about this in the morning. Goodnight!"

Zanzara walked into the middle of the camp and yelled" HEy people, King boy over there is right we should be leaving now. We have a few hours of light left, we should use the most of it. I don't think we should just sit out here waiting. So lets get moving".

Winter_tears Zanzara walked into the middle of the camp and yelled" HEy people, King boy over there is right we should be leaving now. We have a few hours of light left, we should use the most of it. I don't think we should just sit out here waiting. So lets get moving". Zola heard the strong one yell from below. She again whispered to the faerie,"I thought they were leaving in the morning? but yes it would be much wiser for them to leave right away. So much time has already been wasted." Then the sprite gathered her belongings and climbed down from her perch, she too addressed the group: " You all are very wise and brave. Do you feel the evil of this place? We faerie have lived here in Perizada for many moons. One day the evil came, and slowly the magic ones started to disappear. We still have yet to see it, so we call it The Dark; these stones glow whenever it is near. I have brought enough for everyone to help protect themselves, Unfortunately they only work for those who already posses magic. My friends and I have been watching you. I followed Lily and tested her because she was alone and the most vulnerable. We needed to be sure that your camp was pure of heart. We knew that when we saw an Elf, your group must be of great importance. We believe that is why you escaped to our forest. There are no coincidences in this place, all have reason" (Zola bowed to Elemayne and presented a handful of black diamond-like stones, then she waited to see what would happen next) *There are so many different powers here, so many eyes. They'll have to be very careful when leaving this place. Hopefully the stones will help... a little...

Tazzy stood next to the last horse that she was checking and listened. Max immediately changed back to a wolf. "Well little one, I think we may be leaving sooner then we thought." Max's mind whispered to Tazzy.
"Lady Elemayne, told us to rest. We will do whatever she wants. I feel the need to leave her too, but she is an elf. They know everything. Yes, yes, I know I am part elf, but she is important, I am no one now. Please, Max say nothing. We will learn best by watching grandfather always said. We will go when the time is right. Somehow, I have a feeling that we will learn all very soon." Tazzy mindspoke back to Max.
"We will see." Tazzy mumbled under her breathe.

Zanzara turned to the others after listening to then speak " You know elf's and magic don't hold all the answers. There is more to it then just that to life. I wish I could live a year without either in my life. Fools".
Steve walked up to her and said" Zanzara settle down, this people don't know the same things as you do. Dear they will not understand why you hate it so much" HE puased then he whispered " Or why you are going to protected it by giving your life"

Elemayne stepped out of the shelter and addressed the group. "My friends' I know you are anxious to leave but please stop and think. The sun will be setting soon and we are far from any villages. If we leave now, it will be morning before we will find any suitable place to rest. A few more hours will allow us to face the day at full strength and not be road weary. " She paused to answer any questions from the group.

“See this is why I'll like to travel by my self or my own kind. We our not weak and don't wasted time. There a clearing where you can camp a few hours up, we have time to make it there before the sun sets. Star checked it out well we were on those pointless test reliving things that no one should have to live through once. Magic I thought is was meant to make our lives easer not harder. If I was not bond I would leave this group". Zanzara ran her fisted into the closest tree shaking it.

Lily laughed to herself as Zola spoke of her vulnerability, but was quickly frowning at the other woman's declaration of their weakness. She frowned, remembering many missions when she had proven er strength and wishing she could safely tell the woman off. She settled with shooting her a dirty look and settling herself comfortably.

(Zola thought to herself)
"Such curious creatures! They must stand united if they hope to get through this alive. Lady Elemayne was correct, we must rest before our journey. Where are we going? I will ask her in the morning."
The woodland sprite had never left the forest before. All this was so exciting, yet scary at the same time. Once again she prepared a place to rest, but this time she found a fallen tree instead. As Zola fell asleep she thought of the lovely horses....

Mykal awoke before the sun. He had not slept much during the night, anxious to begin their journey. He was relieved to see the light of the sun just over the horizon. He packed the horses and checked on Elemayne.
Elemayne was already awake and was finishing brushing out her hair before she tied it up for the journey ahead. She instructed Mykal to dismantle the shelter and give her the saplings he had cut. She placed the end of them into the ground and quietly sang to them. Within moments each small tree grew branches and sprouted leaves. She returned to Mykal who was waiting on his horse. She mounted hers and they began the slow trek out of the forest.

As soon as Lily heard movement among the others, she quietly got up and dismantled her sleeping area silently. As she ate some dried fruit and traveler's bread she watched elf woman replant some cut trees. She was quite astonished by the woman's power, but refrained from comment, just quietly waiting for the others to be ready. As the leaders left, she quietly grabbed one of the seemingly spare horses and followed them as they walked.
