Selpheeii Morning! I'm eating ravioli for breakfast.. ^^;; I'm thinking of having some Mac&Cheese as my first meal of the day... it's already 12:20, so I'm not sure if that's still considered breakfast or not. I suppose, based on the origins of the word breakfast, your first meal of the day after rest is always breakfast. *takes this as an opportunity to spew useless information* Fasting is, of course, not eating, and while you sleep is generally the longest time during any given 24 hour period you go without eating (often it's more than 12 hours between dinner and breakfast). So breakfast breaks your fasting. Break fast... breakfast. Did anyone else know about that?

Oh, I eat mac and cheese in the morning too! I eat the weirdest things in the morning...

Hm... come to think of it, I don't know very much about lunch and dinner at all. And they do seem rather suspicious... always hiding behind breakfast, never arguing when it gets called most important... and then there's that whole thing where dinner goes by supper, like it's trying to throw us off it's trail by changing it's name. Oh, dinner is definatley up to something.
*orders immediate espionage against lunch and dinner, with priority on dinner*

The Espionage Report The word dinner, meaning 'midday meal', was borrowed in the Middle English period from French dîner, noun use of dîner 'to dine, to eat the first big meal of the day'. In France before the Revolution, dinner was eaten in the morning. Read the whole report... parts it it are downright shocking!
