Umm, do you just randomly invite anyone? Because you don't know why, yet you're the one who invited me... Is a reason really necessary to be invited to such a great guild? For me I don't think random invites create any sense of purpose, they're just pointless. I think if there's no actual reason you're invited, it doesn't show much for the guild. Seems like their concern is numbers and numbers only, not quality.

Random invites show no substance, no concern for anything other than building your numbers. It almost seems desperate, as though getting numbers through word of mouth or any other means is impossible. Shows little faith in content. This is, however, my interpretation of the random invite process. God knows who you end up inviting, it's like playing Russian Roulette. Gets you plenty of attention, but eventually you're gonna blow your ******** brains out.

Yeah, occassionally. I'm never able to do just one thing at a time, so I'm multi-tasking 24/7, & it's a great way to multi-task while simultaneously keeping this guild as active & interesting as possible.

Nahh, you weren't randomly invited. Well, maybe a little bit randomly, but I remember I was quite familiar with your user name from the TekTek Society guild before you joined Burn.

NOT true.
I don't think anyone in the universe has the time to do lots of background research on everybody they invite to join their guild.
I'm really not that concerned with Burn's popularity & never have been. I never dreamed Burn would be as popular as it is, & no decision ever made about Burn was made with the intention of increasing its popularity [well, okay, there's probably a few exceptions to that, but only a few]. My main concern has always been making Burn a guild that I'm personally satisfied with, above all else.
Randomly inviting people can bring in & HAS brought in tons of "quality" members. I mean, some of the people you randomly invite have to be awesome, right? It's just an easier way of making sure this guild is always getting more new awesome people than doing background research on everyone to make sure they're awesome before inviting them.
