 "My life wasn't all that bad... I met you... So i got a good hour of contact with other people...I just live in a house of two people who have very similar minds and think quite lowly of me... Which is the only bad part, BUT one HAS to love me... because she's my sister!" Hali proclaimed. She took a moment to think, "Though it would be nice for men to not constantly grab at me... Or if i could actually learn to stand up for myself..." Hali suddenly began pouting and looked at a shell necklace she had around he neck, "I miss daddy... He always looked out for me..." she pouted as she rubbed the soft shell on her cheek and slipped it back under her shirt, "We'll flip a coin... Kaiser... "Do you really think so? It really doesn't sound like it. I can't help you about the other person once." Kaiser said and sighed.
He listened to her and shook his head. "Yeah, okay. What you need is some time to toughen up. Yer comin' with us whether you like it or not!" Kaiser said forcefully.
"Uh, sir? Wouldn't we actually be kidnapping her then?"
"Yes but its for her own good!"

Hali's eyes widened and she took a few tiny steps for the forest, then bucked it over a bush and through the woods. she continued sprinting, leaping, dodging around objects in the woods, and giggling like a little girl. She never got to play tag as a child, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to do so. ^3^It Hatched!Please Click it so it lives!

"Oh bloody hell." Myrr murmered as she raced off after her through the underbrush, hot on her scent.
Kaiser rubbed his face, took a deep breathe to keep from strangling Hali when he caught her-- and he will. Otherwise he'll be in deep s**t.
Changing to the tiger form, he dashed into the underbrush, following the giggling girl.
Grumbling in his head, he was on her trail, almost silent.

Hali swirled and spun and then flopped into a soft path of grass. she took a deep breath and laughed hard, "It's fun to run... It's been so long since i've been out in these woods... Daddy would take me out here, but i always had to walk... Wouldn't want me getting hurt now." ^3^It Hatched!Please Click it so it lives!

Myrr came out of the brush doggedly, still on her trail, tongue out of her mouth. She eventually stopped near Hali, and layed down. "Your Highness, I will give you credit. You're a b***h and a half to catch in a forest. Kaiser's around here somewhere." she muttered as she walked up to Hali.
"Though, Kaiser may be a bit angry that you went off and did that. We thought you were going to run to the guards or something and THAT would've been bad."
The Fox sighed and flopped down in the grass, panting.

She giggled, "Why would i do something like that? This is the most fun i've had in thirty years!" she patted Myrr's head and smiled, "i kinda wanna get up and run again... Getting like a second wind or something..." she sat up and got ready to sprint. ^3^It Hatched!Please Click it so it lives!

Myrr sniffed the winds. "I don't think that's such a good idea, Your Highness. I smell armor. The Guards must be combing the woods for you. We should head back to the manor while we still can."
She got up to start leading Hali back to the Manor when they heard a startled yelp-roar.
Myrr snarled something quite vulgar and shifted. "Come Your Highness, they've caught Kaiser." she said, grabbing her hand and pulling her along.

Hali struggled against the pull, but couldn't win. She cried the whole way back to their home. ~~~~~~~~ The guards arrived and tapped on Oriana's study, "We've caught a man that fits your description Lady, What do you want us to do with him?" "Bring him in." The guards lead Kaiser into a large study where Oriana sat in her chair looking out the window. She dismissed the guards, and summoned an ice puppet. "Would you care to take a seat?" She offered, sparing him a mere glance. the ice puppet poured a glass of brandy for the man and brought it to him. ^3^It Hatched!Please Click it so it lives!

Kaiser sat down as directed, with his hands cuffed behind him. He stared at Oriana emotionlessly, resigning himself to the questioning he was about to have to answer.
He refused the brandy, knowing that it was just an opening act for this interrogation.
The last interrogation cost him an eye. He got revenge for it, alright but he wasn't the same afterwards.

Myrr finally brought her to the Manor, where she dashed in, picked up two packs, hefted them onto her shoulder and ran back out, tossing one into Hali. "C'mon. We need to get moving as soon as possible. Kaiser's buying time for us whether he likes or not. If we sit here and cry for him now, we might get caught. You can always grieve later."
Realizing that she may have had to guide Hali through every motion right now, she put the pack on Hali and tugged on her hand again to get her moving.
Myrr wasn't showing it but Kaiser was a close friend. More like a brother and to think what he might be subjected to THIS time... Myrr shivered.

Oriana sighed and sipped the brandy he declined, "So, I heard you caught my sister..." she paused and looked back at him, "Why did she go to you?" she asked, looking very confused as to why her sister, whom mainly "liked" young energetic men, would go to a one eyed cat man who was so.... boring. ^3^It Hatched!Please Click it so it lives!

"That's all... Well Hell, If you're not going to kill her... Take this." Oriana handed him a bag of her clothing and a map of the area, "I guess this lame interrogation is over... I do have one request though... Our mother and father are coming over in a couple of weeks... Could you be sure you get her home... Kaiser looked at the stuff he was handed and shook his head.
"Are you kidding me? Or just screwing with my mind. I don't appreciate either." he growled as he left the room.
A few hours later, he made it back to the manor to find it predictably deserted. Sighing, he started cleaning. He could catch up soon enough.

Hali was wandering in a daze, following the hand that tugged her along. She was completely lost in self conflict. She knew that no matter what Kaiser would be fine... Her sister didn't care so much as to torture Kaiser then send him all the way up to her Yukon Prison.
She shuttered at the thought of being there. It's frigged cells trapped deep in the frozen Gruer mountains that house Yukon. They say a normal man could only live two days up there, and if she didn't spare them proper clothing... it would take a matter of hours for them to freeze to death.
Tears began to stream from her eyes as she followed Myrr through the woods. finally she pulled her hand back and sat down on a fallen tree, "I'm not running anymore."
