Kutou - Eisei~ The Capital

Jin was fuming in the street outside, his hands balled in fists. He turned, thinking that the person behind him was Lei, but when he saw Tatsuko, he relaxed. "I am sorry my lady, but that person is insane! He has no manners and can not control his powers! Please my lady, let me accompany you. He'll stay here with the army, though I don't know why they would take him. He's too much of a risk to be near you Lady Tatsuko!" He looked emphatic.

Following behind Jin, Tatsuko stopped as best she could before he turned. However, her version of stopping wasn't the best at the moment. She ended up falling, landing sprawled at Jin's feet. She gave him a weak smile, as a blush crossed her face. Normally, she wasn't this clutzy. It was only when blood was concerned. The sight of blood always made her dizzy and disoriented, which wasn't a very good thing.

She listened to him speak about the other warrior, rolling the thoughts over in her mind. Biting her lip as she was known to do while thinking, Tatsuko paused before speaking. "I suppose, though it would be best to know if he is really one of the Celestial Warriors, and if he is... which one?" She pulled the comb out of her hair, as it had slipped from her tumble, and readjusted it so that it would stay.

He sighed and nodded, "I'm not going back in there. If you think you will be safe Lady, then go make sure that idiot is choosen by Seiryuu. I'll stay here and make sure all is ready. I saw a glowing blue mark, but I don't know which character..." then Jin blinked, "My Lady! Use the Hand Mirror!"  

[Kuro Neko-Chan]

The stable hand was trying to help Lei get to his feet. The stable boy had already torn a piece of cloth and tied it around Lei's neck to stop the bleeding. Lei stood shaking, he looked at Lin, "Its ok girl..." he cringed, then was escorted out the back gate of the stable torwards the medical field, he was lucky it was his left arm and not his sword arm.

Kyo appeared at the edge of the capital. He slowly looked around at the familar town. It's been a long time, but i'm home. As he walked through the streets he reconized the shops and the shop owners. None of the have changed one bit, but I have. I guess that means no one will reconize me. He let out a small sigh as he passed what used to be where he lived.

Lei sat on one of the cots, the doctor had brough a small heated rod to burn the wound on his neck close. They removed the bandage and Lei stuck a peice of cloth in his mouth. When the heated iron touched his skin he clenched down on the cloth, his eyes sealed shut. After bandaging that up, the doctor looked at his arm. After alot of painfull poking and proding, the doctor had good news, it wasn't broken, just very badly bruised. He fashioned a sling and slid Lei's arm in it to keep pressure of the swelling muscles. He then ordered Lei to lie down for a while, to make sure the burn would hold.

Kyo continued to walk through the town and saw what looked like a base camp. Before he could approach it he was blind sided by a man from the right side. He landed in the alley and pushed the man off of him. He looked at him and a grimace took over his face. "What is your problem? Takleing someone you know is stronger than you. You haven't gotten smarter even after i've left."
The man stood up and looked down at Kyo. The man was the same height as Kyo, but he had a bigger body build. He had long black hair and was wearing the same type of clothing as Kyo. "Kyo? Sorry about that man I didn't reconize you. How long has it been?" He held out his hand to help Kyo up.
Kyo took his hand and pulled himself up. "It's been about fifteen years." After getting up he wiped the dust off of him and looked at him. "So Toya what have you been doing with your life since i've been gone?" Kyo leaned on the wall of the building behind him.

After an hour or so, Lei was free to go. His left arm tucked in a sling and bandage around his neck Lei, with permission, took leave of the camp and began to wander the village. He was looking for an armor smith his father had told him to seek out.

Tatsuko pulled out the hand mirror, to see what it showed, if anything. Instead of one character, it flashed between two, which confused her. "Huh? Two?" She looked up at Jin, puzzled. "It's showing two different characters. What could that mean?" She didn't really know much about the mirror. It was supposed to help her find the warriors, but how exactally she wasn't sure.

As she slowly stood up, a passing thought went through her head. Tatsuko was beginning to wonder if she was really cut out for this priestess business. She was just a high school student. Could she really be the savior of the country? Onii Chan*... what should I do? As the thought crossed her mind, Tatsuko seemed to glow with a blue light. Her body became transparent and she began to float a few inches off of the ground. She was there, but at the same time not.

With her body shifted between both worlds, Tatsuko could see what was going on in her own world. There, she saw her brother in the forbidden section of the Library, with her and all of her friends' bags near him. He seemed to be murmering something. When a blue light circle appeared on the ground in front of him, he dropped the book only long enough to put her backpack into the circle. It disappeared, and suddenly she felt herself dragged back into the book.

With a thump, Tatsuko hit the ground, her backpack dropping into her lap. She still had the mirror in her hand, which was thankfully unbroken. She blinked a little, looking back up at Jin. "Ow..."

Lei stopped briefly, he felt a strange aura from behind him. He shook it off, probably that arrogant b*****d showing off... he walked further into the artisan's district, hoping to find the man his father had told him about.

Kyo felt a strange surge of energy and laughed. "Hey Toya..." He cut him off mid sentence. "....you might want to get out of here. I just felt some strange energy and well I don't know what it was."
Toya just stopped mid-sentence and smirked at Kyo. "Let me guess your going to go cause some trouble like always arn't you?" Toya headed to the back of the alley and tossed his hand up in a goodbye wave sort of gesture.
Kyo tossed his hand at his back and headed back out into the artisan's district once again. He saw the old armor smith's shop was still there. He headed into it with a smile on his face.

Lei after asking a few people, finnaly found the shop. In his backpack he had another sword wrapped in cloth he had been told to deliver here. He walked up and pushed open the door, seeing another young man there.

Upon hearing the door open Kyo turns to look at the new stranger standing in the doorway. He can sense the small amount of power within the person and turns back to what he was doing. He was looking for a new armor design for him to use in fights.

"Excuse me sir...are you the shop keeper?" He knew he was looking for an older gentelman, around the same age as his father, but it was possible, like his father, that the man he sought had retired.

Kyo turns to face him and laughs. "Don't call me sir. It makes me feel old." He turns his attention to the armor on the wall behind the man and focus' on how it was built. "And no I am not the shop keeper. I just entered the shop a few minutes before you did. Just looking for some armor to use in battle, but none of these look like they would hold up well or would allow me enough movement." Kyo continues to look around the shop and smirks. He starts to mutter a few words under his breath. "Screw it i'll just use my own normal armor." He let out a small sigh and leaned over the counter to see if he could find the shop keeper.
