 "I...er.....I dunno really..."
Demyx laughed nervously, rubbing at his head.
"I know we all have rooms...but I make a point to avoid everyone's room except Luxord's, so I dunno how they'd react to others walking into their space. If we really wanted to though, we could claim our own sections and still have room."

"There must be a lot of empty rooms there, right?" Kaleb poked at his empty glass of milk, and looked at the milk carton on the table, trying to decide if he really wanted another glass. "Why do you guys all live there together?"

"Yeah, there's a lot of empty space..."
Demyx sipped at his own milk, finishing it off and pushing the glass away. He'd had enough.
"I guess we all live there together cause we're um...the same? The thirteen of us...."
There WAS thirteen right? That'd be a good reason for their Organization name, but Demyx hadn't met all of them yet...or at least he didn't think he had.

Demyx blinked, thoughts of lots of Audios running around with the Organization coats. He had to wonder if that'd be a good or bad thing.

Demyx had bounded out of the castle eariler that day and now that it had been quite some time the gambler was beginning to wonder where the water one had gone. Usualy he'd come back by now wanting sweets and pettings.
Figuring Demyx had gotten himself into trouble somehow the gambler had gone hunting for his gloves and decided it was time to find his little boy. He'd figured out how to track the other almost as soon as he'd figured out how to properly use the strange black portals they could move through. So it wasnt all that hard to open one and have it lead to the water mages side.

Kaleb's eyes went wide and he yelped in surprise as a portal suddenly appeared in his little kitchen, right next to where Demyx sat. His startled jump would have landed himself on the tiled floor if a well-timed flail hadn't helped him regain enough balance to keep his seat.

Despite being used to the portals, one suddenly appearing next to him had Demyx flailing as well. He, however, found himself lying on the floor before he could regain his balance.
"OOF! Huh???..."
Demyx scrambled back from the portal, still startled by it's appearance and not realizing it was probably just Luxord.

He walked though the portal straightning one ear and as it closed behind him he looked around. First he noticed that he was in a kitchen and then he saw Demyx on the floor. "Why are you all the way down there?" He blinked as he realised there was someone else there. "Oh...."
This must have been their home. "Forgive me for just appearing like that"

Kaleb stared wide eyed as an Audio in a black coat stepped out from the portal, his shock lessening only somewhat upon recognising Luxord. "D-don't worry about it," he stuttered in reply, nervously adjusting his glasses from where he perched somewhat precariously on his chair.

Demyx giggled happily, quickly leaping to his feet and clinging to Luxord.
"Kaleb and I made cookies! They're really really REALLY good!"

He smiled as he noticed it was Kaleb. "Ahh, so this is where you disappeared to." He wrapped an arm around Demyx. "Leaving me for cookies once again." he chuckled and looked over at Kaleb.
"Still, i had not expected him to be in someone's home."

"W-we ran into each other at the grocery store," Kaleb said with a lopsided smile, settling back into his chair. "A-and he mentioned he hadn't ever baked cookies, so I invited him over..." He trailed off nervously, lifting one hand to chew on a thumbnail a bit.

"I didn't leave you for them! We just had some while I was gone..."
He huffed slightly, not really liking the thought that maybe his daddy had been lonely with him gone. Erf...but it had been fun...it was okay...right?
"But we had cookies, and made a big mess, and had some milk, and it was fun!"
The sitarist purred, snuggling into Luxord's offered arm. Visiting others was fun, but Demyx always liked returning to the older blonde's side.

He looked back to Demyx. "You mean you baked cookies and nothing exploded?" Usually he cooked for the two of them at the castle since the smaller one couldnt cook to save his life. "Well did you save your daddy one? Or did the two of you eat them all?"
