Kaleb was already moving towards the tree where they had dropped their stuff earlier by the time Luxord replied to him. Upon reaching the pile he carefully picked up his friend's coat and folded it carefully before scooping up his own stuff, and heading back to where the others were.
Without a word he set Demyx's coat next to Luxord, and then rummaged around in his backpack until he found the small square container that he had brought the leftover cookies in. He also added that to the pile.

His growl deepened. "Yes, brat. You were born with them so you wouldnt know what it was like to have them grow out of your body suddenly. So shut your yap until someone ask's for your opinion." He would have smacked the girl had she been in arms reach. "I have no need to move him to take him home"
When Kaleb came back over he smiled at the young man. "Thank you .... Step back slightly and if you can keep her back. I am going to take Demyx home." He could form a portal around them and if he bent it right it would take them home without him having to move Demyx at all.

Bandages huffed and glared at Luxord. "You think you know everything, but you just wait til you screw up and make everything worse." With a large flap of her wings, she took off into the air. "And if you think I'll help you learn how to control what you are now, you're sadly mistaken! You need to learn manners even more than I do, you stupid men!"
She soared off out of sight from the group, settling down in a spot similar to where they had found her originally. "They'll be sorry, they should listen, they didn't listen before, they didn't listen now. Just cause they don't know people they think those people don't know things. Well I know things! Lots of things! Especially these kinds of things!" She whined and burried her body in the sand, keeping her head ontop of the beach. "They'll see...they'll come back to Bandages and ask for help, Kaleb wouldn't have been able to do that without Bandages, and Demyx would have just been laying in the blood without Bandages! But no one cares. Fine! I don't care either! It's not like they helped me, they let me sink!"
Her eyes welled up with tears and she sighed. "I am not a brat..."

 "I tried to help her..."
Demyx sobbed, blinking up at Luxord with his tear streaked face.
"I don't know why she's so angry...I only tried to help..."
Wings giving another twitch, the sitarist hissed in pain. Well..these wings would certainly be cool when it didn't hurt so badly...
"Thank you Kaleb..."
Demyx sniffled, turning to give his friend a grateful, if teary, grin.

Kaleb didn't know what to say as Bandages left, or when Demyx thanked him, but he was able to offer a weak smile in return as he did what Luxord said and stepped back. "Don't worry, Demyx, you didn't just try to help, you did help. It's not your fault that she can't see it yet."

He closed his eyes for a moment and a black pool appeared under them. "She is just a brat child. She will either grow up or someone with smack some sence into her." He spoke before the black pool started to creep up over him and Demyx.
"It isnt your fault darling boy, do not worry about it." The black of the Darkness crawled up and over the two as Luxord took them back to the castle. It wouldnt move Demyx and it would get them back to his room easily.

All she could think about was how they had treated her now. Okay, so maybe she should have been nicer. ...okay she REALLY should have been nicer. But that was no reason to not listen to her advice. She mewed pondering what had happened. Maybe she was wrong, maybe she should have been nicer, yeah that's what she should still do, but they were mostlikely long gone by now.

Once Demyx and Luxord had vanished into the dark portal, Kaleb got up and slung his bag over his shoulder and walked back down the beach. There wasn't much he could think to do aside from going home and back to his studying, hopefully to help remedy his now-apparent lack of skill. A real healer could have done something effective, and certainly wouldn't have panicked or fainted at the blood.
As distracted as he was, he almost didn't notice the flash of light as the sun glinted off some jewelry half buried in the sand. With a sigh he walked over and sat down next to where the pretty baubles reflected the light. "Bandages, are you okay?" He asked softly, glancing over at the sand where he knew the young angelic lay buried.

Her ears perked as Kaleb spoke, she was so distracted about what had happened she didn't even notice him there. "Oh...yeah. I'm okay. Just...I'm sorry. I shouldn't have treated you both badly. But I felt lied to! You can't blame me for that can you? And I was trying to help after all that happened too, and and...and that scary man just was so mean!" She huffed and stood up, shaking the sand away and having a seat on the sand next to Kaleb. Looking at him she whined, "How is Demyx?"

Kaleb nodded, her feelings about the situation were understandable. He tucked his knees up to his chest, the same way he had done earlier after Demyx had first walked off.
"He's probably okay, Luxord will make sure he's safe." Kaleb said quietly, before sighing and resting his chin on his knees. "I-I wanted to thank you, I would have been completely useless if you hadn't told me what to do." It was the truth, although it stung to admit it. In a way he was admitting that all his training was as good as nothing.

"You're welcome...thanks for coming looking for me." Pawing at her tail fidgeting a bit. "Luxord? Was he the scary molester guy? Why did he come? Do you know him? Does he know Demyx? Is he bad?" Her ever expending list of questions began getting on even her nerves.
Flopping down in the sand again she sighed. "It's not fair, I mean I know I'm not the nicest but he didn'thave to call me a brat! I'm not a brat!"

It was a good thing Kaleb had a good short term memory, otherwise he would have gotten quite flustered trying to answer all of Bandages' questions. "That was him, but I have no idea why he came now. He's Demyx's... close friend, and he knew we were going to the beach today. He said he would bake cupcakes..." He trailed off a bit, feeling miserable that his friend was probably in too much pain wherever he was to enjoy cupcakes.
"It isn't fair to anyone in situations like these." The mage said quietly. "Luxord was probably really afraid to see Demyx in so much pain, and people can say things without thinking when they are afraid."

"Luxord is a jerk..." She muttered to herself. "How can anyone be friends with someone like him? All he says is mean things and yells a lot." She cought herself. "Erm...for no good reason I mean." Bandages had been a bit of a...for lack of a better word...b***h to Kaleb and Demxy, but Luxord was just outright mean. Sighing she spoke again, "I'm sorry for the way I treated you both...but I'm still mad."

Kaleb offered a weak smile. "You should talk to him once or twice when he's not worried, he's really quite civil."
When she appologised he glanced over, but he didn't look surprised. "I-If I see Demyx again I'll let him know." For a minute Kaleb looked as miserable as he felt, but it was quickly replaced by a more neutral expression. "It's okay to be mad, just don't hold onto it forever, okay? There's better things you could be doing."

She mewed weakly. "If you say so. He still freaks me out though."
Bandages fluttered her wings in thought. "Better things to be doing? Like? Do you think I should be doing something? Are you hinting at things? Are you keeping something hidden?"
