My mom and grandma love it, but my dad has seen only a few episodes, and seems to like it. He tries to quote Zim and GIR. It's a little scary... ninja

Whenever i even metion Zim my parents are all "No!" or "You need help!" They hate it and my obsession. They even said that when i have kids they're gonna be scared for life because i'm either gonna torture them with the show or they'll be insane. My mom says she feels sorry for them because they're gonna end up with weird names.

my dad says that its shows like this that contribute to my delinquincy)did i spell that right?). i tell him to go to his room. very bad dad.
oh and i tell him some of the quotes that gir says. he says gir is a dombass. i tell him "Duh... his brains are made of 3 screws, a paper clip, and a meduim sized peice of pocket lint."

My parents are just generally annoyed by it, and will often see if there's something else on tv just so that I can't put it on. sad I have seen them laughing at some of the episodes occasionally though, and my Dad calls Zim a "nasty little brat". razz

My mom thinks it's actually pretty funny. And she thinks that Jhonen Vasquez is really talented and funny. My older sister and I have the JTHM comics and we show her stuff and she thinks it's pretty funny. She likes Wobbly-Headed Bob. My dad just thinks it's weird. My older sister and I are huge fans. It's sad when you walk into a room and a 15 year old and a 20 year old are giggling and quoting lines like "Gir! Why is there bacon in the soap?" rofl
