"Hold these..." he shoved the liquid candy tubes into Kaleb's hands before grabbing a bag for the non prewrapped candies. Scooping out some of the fish, and a few worms, and some jellybeans, and a few choice other gummy things he grinned and held up what had to be at least a few pounds of candy. Snatching another bag and stuffing it into his sleeve he grinned "There .. we can split it up later after we figure out which ones we like best and all"

Kaleb fumbled a bit when the candy vials were shoved at him, but he managed not to drop them. His eyes widened at the sheer volume of the candy Vivace had selected. "Th-that's a lot," he said in a hesitant voice. Certainly even a quarter of that candy would make one ill, if eaten all in one sitting. But for some reason he figured Vivace would be an exception to that.

"Really? I dont think it's all that much .. i mean there's a long more here than what i am getting." He looked at the masses of candy. Certinally what he'd gotten hadnt been a lot. "Sides, it's not like either if us is going to eat it all, just half of it."

Kaleb was pretty sure he wouldn't be able to eat even half of Vivace's selection, so if he was going to split it up, the scrawny mage would have extra candy for quite awhile. "I-It looks like a lot to me," he said quietly, hoping he didn't offend his friend any. "I-I don't have a big appetite."

"Then you'll just have extra ... i'll probably have to come back and get more in a few days if i want more candy." He smiled as he tied the bag shut for the moment and started to scoot away from the candy. "Wonder what else they have in here..."

Kaleb smiled in return, it had been silly of him to worry about offending his friend. "I saw some interesting puzzles on our way in," he said, trailing close behind.

"Where? We can go look at them if you want?" He shuffled around slightly as if he was getting bored of standing stil. True he was but he didnt want to see rude by bouncing around in circles.
"I think i saw some toy swords too and stuffs"

Kaleb smiled and slipped past Vivace to lead the way to the puzzles, having to backtrack once because he had been looking at something else and walked right past them the first time.
"See, here they are," Kaleb said with an almost eager grin, picking up a demo puzzle that consisted of a number of interlocking rings. It probably wouldn't have taken him too long to solve the thing, but he ended up getting distracted by another item on the shelf.

He stared wide eyed at the puzzle isle for a moment before he scooped up one made of wood. The pieces were hooked together in a way that seemed impossible to take them appart.
"Soo .... you're supose to get them appart somehow? Or what? Cause it dosnet look like you can and all and it would suck if you really couldnt get them appart after all that work"

Kaleb leaned over to look at the wooden puzzle Vivace had. "Yeah, they are supposed to come apart, but it's tricky." He reached over to pick up the previously abandoned silver ring puzzle, and fiddled with it for a few minutes before the pieces suddenly seemed to fall apart in his hands, leaving the mage with an innocently delighted smile.

"OOoooooo..." He poked at the rings then looked at the puzzle in his hands. "Umm ... i dont think i can do that .... it looks hard" He proded at the pieces for a moment and only ended up tangling them up worse.

Kaleb smiled brightly. "I could never figure these out before either." He started on putting the puzzle back together, only getting a few of the rings linked back up before blushing a bit and putting the puzzle back on the shelf. "I-It's still hard to figure out sometimes," He said sheepishly.

He set the wooden thing down before he confused himself. "But you did that one pretty fast and all and it would probably take months for me to ... ooo! Look!" He spotted something colorful on another isle and went skurring in that direction.
"Costumes!!" He brandished a pirate hat as he grinned at Kaleb

Kaleb followed close on his heels. Luckily he was very adept at handling quick topic changes, so he was completely unbothered by Vivace's distraction. He was, however, rather startled by the sudden appearance of the hat.

He dropped the hat onto Kaleb's head as he picked up another one in a slightly different style. "AVAST!" He laughed as he scooped up a plastic sword and waved it above his head.
