Kaleb lay flat on his back in a sunny patch of grass at the local park. His work had kept him inside most of the week, but he was starting to get a little stir-crazy all alone and by himself, even if he wouldn't admit it. The mage had several excuses to get out and get some sunlight at some point, but really all he needed was to relax in the sun a bit and let his mind wander.

He'd escaped the castle to go wandering around. His sister had mentioned something about a park that was usually quiet so he figured that would be a good place to go and practice. The castle was quiet but sometimes having no noise other than your own was a little unnerving and he really didnt like it.
So he'd found the park and eventually dropped himself under a tree. The sun was nice but since he was dresse din black he didnt want to get all hot and sweety, you couldnt really play with wet fingers.
Setting his guitar into his lap he pulled at the strings for a moment making sure it was still in tune before he started to play quietly.

Kaleb hadn't noticed when the music had started, but it was soft and pleasing, so it didn't immediately trigger any kind of startle reflex. He just lay there with his eyes closed, until his mind wandered to think about how nice that music was.
At that point he clued into the fact that the music was probably an indication that he wasn't alone in the park anymore. He sat up in a hurry, and glanced around to see where it was coming from.

He was leaning back against the tree as he played. He didnt need to look at the strings anymore so his eyes were closed and if it wasnt for moving fingers he would have looked like he was asleep.

Kaleb blinked when he caught sight of the musician under the tree, and almost mistook them for Demyx until he remembered that his friend was angelic. Still, there was that resemblance, and only certain people wore that kind of coat...
He stood up and brushed off his pants, before walking over and timidly approaching the familiar, yet unfamilar audio.

When a shadow feel across him his opened and his fingers stilled on the strings. "Oh....Hello. Who are you?" Straight to the point as usualy. He sat up straight and let his guitar rest on his lap.

Kaleb took a hesitant step backwards, realizing he hadn't really thought about what he was going to say. "H-hi, I-I'm Kaleb. I-I overheard you playing, a-and I was just wondering if you knew a friend of mine." He took a deep breath, trying to keep his paws from fidgeting.

"Friend of yours?" He tilted his heaad slightly, bangs falling into his face, and looked at Kaleb. "Ohh!!!! You must know my parents!" He remembered Nonet saying something about a guy who knew their parents

Kaleb smiled lopsidedly, all of a sudden feeling less nervous. "You reminded me of Demyx." He fidgeted and blushed bit, remembering Nonet telling him she had two brothers, but not recalling the names in the slightest. "D-do you mind if I sit down?" He asked hesitantly.

He nodded enthuistically. "He's my dad, even if he dosent agree with it." He grinned happily. "I'm Vivace" he held out his paw to the other as he spoke.

Kaleb took a seat next to Vivace, and then shook his paw. "Pleased to meet you," he said with a smile. "I-I heard a bit about you from Nonet when we met."

"She said i was a spaz didnt she." He grinned widely. "Kinda am .. so i guess that's okay." His nose scrunched for a moment. "She said something about you but she was playing with a book when i asked and she kinda ignored me"

"I-it sounds like she's pretty dedicated to her studying," Kaleb said with a slight smile. He wondered how that was going for her, he hadn't talked with her her since the day at the park. Perhaps that was for the best though, considering how he had been over the past few weeks.
He glanced over at the instrument in Vivace's lap. "You play very well," he said timidly, blushing a bit at how easily the music had crept up on him earlier without even being aware of it.

"Yea, she kinda hid herself in the libary." He ran his fingers over the strings of his guitar. "She's pretty good at whatever it is she is doing in there though. Dad seems proud."
He looked down at the guitar. "I'm pretty damn good ... not as good as Demyx but that's cause he's been playing longer.

Kaleb smiled, wondering if Nonet had managed to get the fog trick to work out.
"I-I've never heard Demyx play," he said as he looked at the guitar a bit more. "But I really enjoyed listening to you." If he had known who was playing earlier, he wouldn't have been so quick to get up and interrupt it. Kaleb blushed again as a thought came to him. "I-I'm sorry if I was interrupting anything, I really don't mean to..."
