He nodded a bit. "Ok... just be careful. He knelt down, pulled up his pant leg and unbuckled a small dagger handing it to her. It was a bit sweaty from him and he felt a bit strange without it, but he hoped she'd take that since she didn't have her sword. "Here, take this for when you're coming back from Celeste's then, please, I know you don't have your normal protection on, but I'd feel better if you took at least something with you. And sorry for the swet." He set it on the bar and smiled to her. "See ya later. Best of Luck Celeste, may we meet again!" He waved to her and headed out with his water to find Meili.

She sighed, looking down at the tiny dagger. "I dunno....my fists can be a formidable weapon as well." She whispered to Celeste. She giggled a bit. They chatted a bit about random things for a while such as sports and art and finally Celeste yawned and said, "I think I'd like to go home now." They paid up for the drinks. "Alright...judging from what you've told me, I think I know where it is." Nika said. "It's okay, Jesse, I can lead the way." She said, somewhat excited. They walked toward the exit.

Eric made his way outsie to find Meili sitting on the railing to the left of the door. He jumped u next to her swinging an arm around her shoulders. "Sorry it took so long, she introduced me to her friend. Also in a bit when she wants to head back to the inn we're staying at, I'd like to walk her back, just to make sure she makes it ok, that's alright with you isn't it." Meili looked at him "So this 'traveling partner' of yours is a girl?" He nodded looking at her with a confused expression. "Yes... her name is Jesse. I don't want you to get things out of context, her and I met when I was working in the castle as a messanger, we're just traveling partners. Friends." She still looked at him suspiciously. "But you want to walk her back to the inn..." "Yes, we look out for each other, that's what friends tend to do." "Well I am a bit offended that you would interrupt our evening to walk her back, but if you're just friends, then I understand." She sighed. "It's nice out here, much cooler. She looked up at the twinkling stars that faded in and out between wisps of clouds. He took his arm from around her to hold onto the railing. "It is a nice night." He took the chance to change the subject with pleasure, he didn't want to get into how he really felt about Nika and about how he was pretty sure that nothing would come of those feelings except pain. He sipped his water and thought about some dances that he knew and the stars and Meili. Though she was somewhat plain, she moved with a trance-inducing grace that he could hardly believe. It'd been quite some time since he'd had a GOOD dancing partner, let alone a GOOD and good-looking dancing partner.

Nika walked Celeste back to her home. It was a long walk and they chattered to pass the time. Once they arrived, unscathed, Nika smiled and wished her goodnight. "Will I see you again?" Celeste asked. "Hopefully." Nika said. "Well...yes...we must. You're such a nice person...I've not met a nicer person in town all my life. 'Twas truly a blessing we met tonight." She blushed in the moonlight. "I'm sorry if I sound weird or anything but you do remind me of my brother." A tear trickled down her eye and she thrust herself into Nika's arms. She was taken aback. "H-hey now...I'm not a boy...just a lonely wanderer who has a rather male sounding name." "And a male-looking wardrobe." Celeste added with a giggle. "I suppose that too." Nika patted her back. "Well I must get going soon. It's a long walk back and I need to get started now. Come visit me at the inn sometime...I'll be there for a little while longer." She smiled, seperating from her new friend. "Well see you." She waved and headed back toward the inn.

Meili and Eric sat on the railing talking about dancing and the stars, drinking their water. Occasionally one of them would say something that sent them both into a fit of laughter, but for the most part their conversation was rather hushed as they sat there with their legs swinging back and forth.

Nika walked back through the town's road silently. It was one giant road that looped all around town. A few horses whinnyed in their stables and crickets chirped. She felt at ease by the calm sounds of the night but also felt nervous and apprehensive due to the ghost-like status of the town; nobody was out at all! It was just her and the moon guiding her path along the dusty dirt road. She could have sworn she'd heard movement behind her and turned around, jumping backwards, and fell on the ground, scraping her hand on a rock. It bled everywhere and she was afraid to ruin her new shirt. She cleaned the cut out and sucked it till the blood stopped coming out. She sighed, wiping some dust off her pants and began to walk again.

Eric and Meili talked til the tavern nearly cleared out and she yawned. Her friends issued from the front door and told her they were on their way back. "Sorry Eric, but I should be leaving, it was a great evening, Thank you very much." He smiled "It was my pleasure." He jumped down then helped her down and they said quick farewells. "Hopfully our paths will cross again in good terms like these." She smiled "Indeed." She waved and headed off with their friends. Eric went in and helped a few of the men move the furniture back into place then went to wait on the steps a bit longer for Nika. He assumed he hadn't missed her coming back through. After everyone had left and the tender had locked up for the night he started to get a bit worried. The streets were empty and it was awkwardly silent. He started humming a bit to ease the tension he was creating in his mind.

Nika appeared coming toward him down the road. "Good evening, Eric." She murmured, hands in pockets. "Did Meili leave already?" She asked, looking around for her. "At any rate, let's head back, I'm exhausted." She said.

He nodded stadning up with a sgh of relief. "I was beginning to get worried that something had happened. And yeah, Meili left about an hour ago." He started walking back towards the inn. "Did you enjoy yourself?" He noticed a bit of dirt on the back of her new white shirt, but said nothing about it, just looked at her curiously with a 'is there something I should know' look.

"Oh." She looked back at him. "If you were wondering about my shirt....it was nothing..I got paranoid, thought I heard something walking behind me and I tripped and fell. Just got a scrape on my right hand and some dirt on me." She had no trouble with telling the truth.

DamianBaqer He quieted down a bit and had a plain thoughtful expression, the one he usually had when he was thinking about art and he'd stopped blushing. "I think it'd be fun!" He sounded excited even though he didn't look like it. He removed the cap and set it aside picking up a large paintbrush. "Ok, so I can squirt it on YOU then smear it with a brush. I can squirt it on you and smear it with my hands. Or I can squirt it on my hands then smear it on you. OR I can squirt it on the brush and then smear it on you... what sounds best to you? I will say that if we put it directly on you first it will be cold, but there will be less chance of it dryig too fast, if we put it on my hands first I can warm it up a bit before it goes on, but then it may dry a tad quicker than we want. If we use the brush it may come out streaky, but if I smear it using my hands... well I obviously will have to touch you..." At the last part a touch of pink creeped back onto his cheeks, but his expression didn't change. "Well, for the sake of the artwork, i'd say to squirt it directly on me, and you can smear it with your hands; as long as this isnt a way for you to get a cheap feel in," Kisa teased, her own shade of pink on her cheeks, "but in the end it's what makes the artist feel comfortable, so do whatever you want.".

"It's not what the artist feels comforatable, it's what both the artist and the model, or in your case the... brush, feel comfortable with. Well let's just give it a try, He went to her left hip and placed his hand against her upper thigh to keep the paint from running down then he gently squeezed the tube squirting some up a bit higher. Keeping the one hand againster her he twisted back and set the tube of paint on a counter then twisted back. "How's that feel?" He watched the paint trickle down a bit before he started to wipe it up and down the side, covering just her hip bone.

How was your evening with Celeste? She seemed nice, troubled and down, but nice." He yawned stretching his arms above his head, his shoulder still felt a bit tight, but it was healing nicely. He smiled looking at her.

"Oh...Celeste, yeah she is really nice. I had fun cheering her up. I probably wouldn't have danced otherwise, it's just not my thing." She explained.

He nodded. "Maybe, maybe not." He sighed walking silently a few feet away from her. "You still have my knife right?"
