Exactly. I mean, it takes guts to do what they did, but it really serves no purpose. They're not saving someone's life, they're not saving their own. They can very well solve the issue just by wearing a condom!

I am sure the snip winds up being cheaper. And better for other reasons. And yeah I believe the guy could have done it himself, but, why? Maybe he had something to hide from his colleagues.

You would not believe how relieved I was to find out that this thread had the contents that it did. I could swear I was about to read that Ethan got a vasectomy for his birthday from his parents, or something of that twisted nature.

Vasectomy's are wrong and against nature in all its forms. A life without balls is a life not worth living.

You're mistaking vasectomy with castration.
You still have the rest of the equipment, just the genetic code carrying components are no longer in the picture. You don't lose testosterone from it. Vasectomies are even reversible if you change your mind later on.
Castration is when it's all removed permanently.
