Two Tim's (or some other minimum wage job) employees start dating. One becomes a supervisor. The other takes advantage of the fact that theyre dating to not show up and break various rules. The supervisor doesnt stand for it and fires his/her gf/bf, creating tension in the relationship (obviously).

I think that is justice for taking advantage of it. That's why the military is large against fraternization with someone a different rank and discourage dating another military member because the two are not going to rank at the same time and that would cause tension itself.
