So t-mobile emailed me last week and said they need my W2 from Hollywood Video to prove my employment, right? And it would take 72 hours from there. I got that to them Friday, waited til today... no word.
So I go back through my email to see if I missed something and I notice a (2) next to the subject of that particular email. I scrolled over the page, nothing is marked unread... then I hit Expand All on the side. Like ******** magic, another email pops up asking for another W2, and 72 hours after that.
GMail, you and I need to have a talk.
