I've heard a lot on her behalf as well, regardless her books still hold some decent and accurate information.

In my opinion yes 3nodding

I always tell people to approach what they read with caution and to never blindly follow any book anyways

I have two books by Valerie Worth, The Crone's Book of Words and The Crone's Book of Charms & Spells, that I refer to frequently

I would say at the very least put a warning by McCoy. I can see why her work is extremely offensive to the Celtic cultures. maybe a *warning this author is considered racist and a liar*

If you do read her stuff and find it helpful, at least bear in mind, it may be good for what it is, in and of itself, but it's not actually Irish, or Celtic.

Sorry if I'm being offensive, I don't mean to tear anyone's beliefs down, but I do find what she's done a bit offensive.

Yes, Sanguina warned me about her as well.
Hmmm.... I'll put a warning up since I seem to get a lot of concern about her.

I do appreciate people telling me. When I was first getting into the Craft I didn't have internet or anything at my house, I just bought books at this bookstore down the road and relied on them to teach me. So now that I have a way to research my authors, I keep discovering interesting things about them...

Judika Illes' Encyclopedia of Spirits and Coleman's Dictionary of Mythology both contain alot of information on dæmons.
There is a book I saw not too long ago in Waterstone's that looked quite good, but I can't for the life of me remember it's name. >.<
