I have to go see another movie for my reviewing class (there's one every week, but this is the last one). It can't be one I've already reviewed (duh). I think I'm gonna go see this one. What do you think?

I'll admit that the "only one week to live" bit has been overused, but a road trip movie? Come on, how could I resist? mrgreen

And that's beside the fact that Timmy's is sending him secret messages and someone said Canada's the most beautiful country in the world. Can't argue with that. xd

Looks good and meaningfull. Most you have some many days to live movies end up as drama or comedies, this one looks different.

I just finished watching it. I really liked it. A lot.
Some people might find it boring. It's not full of action and drama. It's mostly in the head.
But it's worth watching, even just to see all the beautiful scenery Canada has. Makes me want to hit the road. And go horseback riding again. And surfing again. And get a motorcycle. And go to the ocean... one that I can actually swim in without freezing to death.
It's a good movie, refreshingly free of cliches. Nothing against Hollywood, but non-Hollywood movies can be good too.
I really don't know why people go "Ugh, Canadian movie." There's a lot of good Canadian movies out there. Sure, there are some crappy ones too, but there's a lot of crappy Hollywood movies. Doesn't make people go "Ugh, Hollywood movie."
Weird.

The ocean isn't freezing in PEI. But then again, I guess that's technically not the ocean. And the Pacific is warmer too.
In Newfoundland the ocean water warms up to about +8 degrees Celsius in the summer.
After swimming in the Caribbean in Nicaragua, it just doesn't cut it.
