Dragoon was in an accident and totaled his car. He had the right of way and someone hit him. He's fine though, so no worries.

Well I wasnt the only person in the car at the time Talon was as well, but we are both fine, the car is totaled but somehow the cop didnt seem to get talons statment because he doesent have a statement on the police report, so as of right now things arent looking to good for me, they are seeing it as my fault becuase in the report the officer wrote that I failed to yield yet I had a green arrow on a turn signal and the sign clearly states that " Left protected on green Arrow" So right now I dont know whats going to happen

Im okay. On a side note, I hope I NEVER see that specific "guy who calls himself a man of the law" ever again. I mean heck, I'd handed him the wrong ID by mistake, and he asked me for my state ID, as well as what happened.
How the heck do you screw up something like a witness report, when they saw practically everything?? There were four people there that can testify that I gave my statement to the cop (Dragoon, his mother, and two girls that we slightly traded paint with because of how hard we were hit).
I really hope he gets demoted to being some pencil pusher in an archive room somewhere.
