Aiden was sad that the tales had stopped, but glad he was able to listen to them in the first place. He wagged his tail softly, ears pricked, as if still expectant for the stories to go on. "Thank you for sharing your adventures with me." he said fondly. He was about to express his gratitude more, but couldn't help but yawn. He smiled sheepishly, hoping he hadn't offended Silak.
"Maybe we should rest for the night." he suggested nervously, curling his tail around himself. "You're free to stay for as long as you need."

"You're welcome.", he replied with a slight smile. So Aiden had beat him to the punch, oh well, this way things wouldn't have to be awkward. They could've talked some more, but even Silak saw the logic behind Aiden's words. It was indeed getting late and they'd want to get some sleep before the morning came once again.
"You're probably right and... Thank you.", he replied, he'd had plans on leaving in the morning, but he'd announce that when the time came that he should.

Aiden nodded in acknowledgement, shifting slightly into a more comfortable position. It had been a while since he had shared his den with anyone else, and he was nervous, as the few company he had since he came rarely stayed with him long.
Still, he was tired, and eventually, he drifted off, with a simple "Good night." at his companion.
