Other then that, we are currently voting on guild rules and how discipline will be handled on this guild so anything outside TOS is still in the air. The vote on this guild is members only, so please if you wish to participate join the guild. After all its free & easy, Just push the orange Join Guild Button.
Also, please be courteous and post in proper forums. Not posting in proper forums makes extra work for the guilds crew as we have to move them.
Most Importantly, Have fun. After all, if your not enjoying your time here that means something is wrong.
Lastly, if you are applying for guild membership and you are ever not auto-accepted. Just pm the guild captain and I will fix the problem. (gaia annoyingly loves to make me check the auto-accept box every time I edit the front page.)

Goals for the next ver. of the home page.
1. Get the rules into a sticky and off the front page.
2. Minimize images to possibly have the box art for both 1st and 2nd game. Might even want a picture of the arcade game as well.
3. Put in greating text that point out the best things about our guild. (note: our guild game guide may be a community project, but unless It's finished I think it may be best left out for now. Well just let people bump into it on our main forum for now.)
Oru greeting should be something like "Welcome to project diva, our guild is devoted to and named after the video game Project diva" I have slogans already. Just need to look at them and figure out what works best where. I want to reduce text on the front page to a simple greeting.
The join project diva text on the man page may be to aggressive. We have a join project diva in our description already and I suddenly realized its repeated 2 or 3 times on our main page. It really only needs one place.
Also the full page size should be small enought to fill just the comptuer screen with no scrolling.
A simple descriptions I was thinking of using (I took the slogan I like to say "Project Diva a guild whose name comes from the game" and ran with it. Editied it a lot to describe what we are about.

I think this short sentence sums up what our guild is about ok. I may want to present this elsewhere as I believe no one on the crew rally looks here though.

"What is the purpose of the guild?" "What is inside?" "What are the benefits of joining?" More information isn't necessary. Present only the information the reader is interested in. Be as clear, simple and direct as possible so that it is accessible. It has to be easy - almost effortless - to read, or else it won't get read. Small fonts (size 9 and below), changing colors every sentence and too much text are all aggressive and intimidating to the reader.

Minor note I thought I should bring up. It seems the home page looks different on different operating systems and browsers. ext.
On my old xp machine the graphics line up next to each other and look good. Miku Hachune is fanning the logo and Miku Hatusne is dancing beside it.
However, on my new windows 7 netbook they seem to stack on top of each other. Miku Hatsune is dancing on top of the logo and Hachune is underneath it. The graphics look off on the home page from the way I intended them to but I think this is an important thing to note because it means that the images may appear differently on different PC's.
Fortunately, I don't think this hurts the current look of the page to much.

I doubt I will change the front page for a while so I will archive this post to clean up the crew area. Some people might enjoy looking at old version of the front page you never know.
