My sister gave me a leek. Gaia even lists the item as Leek making it easy to find. I often use it.

Other then that I really don't know much myself. I never have been to good at cos-playing my avatar.

Actually, I think I should start collecting these type of character items. I was thinking of starting a contest w vocalized related prizes to complement the game release of "project diva 2nd" when it gets closer.

However, I'm still coming up with ideas as to what kind of contest it should be. Though I have participated in events before on other guilds I have never had to hosted one before. Plus, the even't really will need to tie into the idea of the game some way.

Ether way, I still have a few mounts to think about it. I think I'll make a goal of having it up in july as the game comes out the 29th of that mouth.

On the other topic, I never did say that I was going to make items. As far as I know, only gaia staff can create items. By saying I was going to go about "collecting these types of items" I mainly meant I was going to go onto the marketplace and start buying these type of items up. Sorry for the confusion.

(Also I have been lazy on that, I have been putting it off sweatdrop Ok I admit it, I am a slacker already.)

Creating illegal items would be a violation of the TOS. (I could look up the exact section, but I feel lazy today). TOS is something our guild highly supports as it is our governing standard (Our TOS only banning policy). Offering illegal items on the guild would be grounds for discipline under our 3 strike system. Not to mention the higher risk of getting kicked off of gaia by gaia staff. Gaia would probably be less lenient about this type of violation then I would be. I think gaia would not give you 3 strikes on this as I would do.

Besides if the guild captain willfully broke the TOS, what kind of example would I be setting for the other members question

I had two friends that where banned just because of an illegal item.

Sadly one of my friends got it from another person on gaia and had no knowledge of it being an illegal item. He then gave it to his girlfriend (my other friend). They where both banned because they possessed the illegal item.

I prey that gaia staff investigates further then they already have and proves there innocence. This way they can at least get there gaia avatar's back without the abominable item of course.

The only person that should have been banned is the person responsible for the creation and distribution of the illegal item. This situation also makes me feel less safe about trading items on gaia at times.

Who knows, maybe I should think twice about putting up prizes. I don't know how the deal with the person who gave him the item went down. For all I know he could have bought it on the market place. I should probably ask him exactly how he got the item so I have a better idea of what to look out for.

Also, thank you for getting me to think deeper about this issue. I now relies that I needed to re-evaluate how I buy and trade items on gaia because of this situation.

After all, its not a good prize if I buy an item on the market place that gets people banned now is it.

I should probably look more into guides about safe buying on gaia.

Still, I do want to do something special for the release of Project diva 2nd. Well, Idea's are still on the drawing board I guess.
