Rodanza smiled, tail waggling as she gave her boys a nuzzle each, ears lax against her skull as she watched the two of them.
How could she be so lucky?...
She nodded in agreement with Sommer, knowing that honesty between the three of them was going to be very important.
After a moment she spoke up,"Speaking with each other often will be important too. I don't want secrets or jealousy between us. Also....I'm sure many others will object to this...but, we have to stay strong. Our love doesn't need their understanding," she said with a soft smile.

Robin is surprised, but hides it well enough, his features retaining a smile that had found its way onto his face recently that he isn't willing to let go of yet. That they don't seem to object to his reveal is so unexpected, his Guardian had told him over and over again that others weren't going to understand. That it wasn't normal and that he should stay unconnected. Close friends or a full time lover would expect, would demand, love and attention and other things that he would say Robin would find that he'd be unable to give.
Red had stopped listening to everything his Guardian told him, on this point in particular, and he was beginning to realize that he should've stopped doing so earlier in his life. If this wasn't true what else had he taken from his Guardian as fact, that was only opinion.
He'd listened to each of them in turn, nodding in agreement, "I will do my best in being honest with the both of you." He began, "Know that, I do not think that I am a jealous hart by nature, at least, I do not wish to ever be. Finding that, now, we three can so easily agree to be with each other, yes? In this second, in this moment, we agree. It seems simple, but when our full truths start coming to light, if, one or the other, or perhaps, both, of you, find that the pleasant things are not enough to counter the unpleasant, I would not hold it against you, if you did not wish for us to continue." Robin's tone was even and light, though his sentences were halting, his accent tinging darker into his voice.

Rodanza had bever felt so much joy blooming in her chest at once. Like a fresh spring flower, it stunned her and left her in awe. A dep sense of peace settled through her, accompanied by warm affection. She nuzzled her mates, standing between them happily. It felt so right, like they all fit perfectly together.
After hearing Robin speak she gave his cheek a small lick, blushing softly after doing so. She then turned to Sommer and did the same thing, smiling warmly.

Sommer stood there. He knew his mouth was open, he could feel the warm air in his mouth, but he was sure his jaw was on the forest floor. Was this really, REALLY, going that way, that easily?
No no no no, this was very clearly a really, really good dream. If he spoke he would wake up. Not even Rodanza's cheek lick felt real. Wordlessly, he walked over to a large tree.
It must have been quite a scene to Rod and Robin. Sommer bowed to the tree, muttering and then suddenly and very sharply, kicked the base of the tree.
"OW! OW OW OW OW!" Sommer turns in a awkward circle, half hopping, his right foreleg in the air. After a long moment, he puts his leg back on the ground and walks back over, and bursts into laughter.
"I swear, I am non inclined to attack trees! It's just zat..." his leg still smarted "...I have ze lovely scene before me, two hart zat I really care for and want in my life..agreeing to be with me and each othzer..I zought for sure zat that I was dreaming or dead...

Robin was still, in some way, unconvinced, even after Rodanza licked his cheek so sweetly, he nuzzled her and turned to watch Sommer, his action and expression. He seemed so stunned.
Robin watched with his head tilted as the butterfly male walked away, off towards a tree, and kicking it, burst into laughter as well, understanding that Sommer has been so fearful that this would not work out so smoothly as it seemed to be, Robin chuckled and shook his head, hushing his thoughts for now and let Sommer enjoy himself, "You silly hart," Robin trotted over to him and bumped against him lightly, "I hope you finally do believe it now, yes?"

Rodanza blinked, watching Sommer trot off, wondering what he was thinking. Then his hoof hit the tree and she visibly winced, one ear perking to catch the sound of Robin's laughter.
"Sommer," she chuckled shaking her head, walking over and nuzzling him before leaning her head down to take at look at the ankle," You'll bruise a bit, now," she said softly, giving him a little nudge after Robin and a warm smile.

"I do non care!!" He laugh, giving a little hop. "Right now, I could non care lezz if zis leg fell off! I am juzt zo happy!"
Despite the ache in his leg, he ran a circle around Rodanza and Robin, laughing, herding them closer to each other. He slid between them and nuzzled into both of them, one on each of his sides.
"Zo it iz decided zen? We are to be together oui?" He doesn't allow them a millisecond to even consider a negative answer. "Bon! Zen ze next zing we should do iz to find a home for me, vous, and at leazt 10..non..15 or 20 fawnz!" He grins cheekily and laughs.
He was happy in this moment, but in his deepest heart, he wondered if this was the right thing. Something like this would upset a lot of herla...especially her...
A tiny seed of doubt and worry planted itself in his heart. He shoved that seed down, and ground it out of existence.
So he believed anyhow.
But in this moment there was joy. And laughter. And love.
And for that tiny space of time, that was enough.
