~Sommer paces back and forth under along the tree line, clearly agitated. He mutters to himself, snorts, paws at the ground or bucks, groans loudly, and shouts~
It'll never work!! ~he sounds exasperated~
~Heaving a huge sigh, he goes back to pacing again, occasionally glancing at the tree line, his ears tuned in to the sounds of hoof steps or voices~

Coming back from the mountains, Rodanza was humming lightly, walking along a dirt path back to the meadow. She stopped along her way now and then to sniff a flower or watch a Mion gathering food. She was smiling contentedly, ears perking at a sudden and strange sound that resembled a frustrated shout.
She came out of the forest edge, eyes falling upon Sommer. He seemed upset. Her brows furrowed slightly, head tilting and ears perking. She took a few steps forward, but did not want to get too close in case he did not want to be bothered," Sommer?," she called softly, silver eyes showing worry.

With a soft smile brightening his features, Robin made his way towards the tree line. Usually he would head in the opposite direction this time of day, but instead something else had his attention.
Zev has already made her morning escape, she had lapsed in her chattered nagging and now seemed to be giving the red head the silent treatment. He chuckled thinking of the little mion and as the sound drifted off Robin spotted first Rodanza and then beyond her, Sommer. He was still a ways off and so filling his lungs, gave a sharp whistle, the call like bird song, but perhaps recognizable by his friends as being something else.
"Rodanza~ Sommer!" He brightened further, and picked up his pace, trotting over, he gave a nuzzle to Rodanza as he passed her and then coming to a stop nuzzled Sommer and tilted his head to one side, now noticing at last that his childhood friend was desperately out of sorts

~Sommer wheels around at the sound of Rodanza's voice and grins broadly, walks up to her and affectionately bumps his head against hers, nuzzling her cheek~
Rodanza hi! I am so glad to see you! I...I...I mean uh...Hi! Oh I said zat already uhh...~he looks at her nervousely and blushes brightly~ A..are you enjoying ze day??
~looks over at Robin and takes a huge, deep breath, already feeling a little more relaxed in his prescience. Exhaling loudly, he smiles a Robin, giving him a little nod~
Rod..rodanza..I uh...have somezing I want to tell you..iz..iz zat ok..? Will you lizten? ~his voice has gotten quiet, pawing at the ground nervously~

Rodanza blinked at Sommer's rather nervous hello, laughing softly and giving him a warm smile, nuzzling him back," Yes, it's quite lovely out today," she says, and shortly after catches a very familiar whistle with perked ears.
She smiles, turning her head in that direction," Robin!," she nuzzled him affectionately in return as well, standing next to him as she watched Sommer stutter, head tilting slightly.
When he asked if she would give him her attention she blushed softly, a small smile lighting up her eyes," You've always had it. Of course I'll listen," she said warmly, ears perked.

I uh..I...I...~his brain tries to grind to a hault, his heart feels like it might leap through his throat, and his stomach might explode, but he pushes down all those churning feelings and takes a big gulp of air, squeezes his eyes shut and opens his mouth~

Nodding in return to Sommer, Robin was attempting to hide his excited grin and glanced off to give the two their moment.
He trotted in a circle around them, but was not going anywhere and silently attempted to lend calm to the nervous hart.
Robin stopped and swallowed his chuckles, he almost couldn't follow the string of words that poured like water down the mountain side from Sommer, but he caught the gist of it and nodded, soft adding, "And that is not all, no~?"

It took a moment for her to seperate the words.
A moment to understand, to comprehend what had just happened in a matter of moments.
Sommer had confessed.
Rodanza seemed in shock for a moment, silver eyes blinking once or twice before a visible and bright red blush made itself apparent across her snout and under her eyes, all the way to the tips of her ears. Her wings flitted and her knees seemed to tremble for a moment before a true and bright smile lit up her face, tears brimming in her silvers.
She had never cried before...
"S-Sommer...I...M-me too, always...s-since we were little...," she managed between her happy tears, feeling rather foolish for crying but unbelievably happy at the same time.

~turns and looks at Robin, a look of something between panic and like he may feint or throw up at any moment on his face, squeeks~ One zing at a time gonk ...of all ze zings I have to have gotten from my mothzer why did nervez have to be one of zem...
Ugh, don't just turn into a quibbling jelly here!!! ~his guardian says~ This has to be the most unmanly moment you have every had in your life. I..I can't watch...
~The panic to turn into alarm as Sommer saw Rodanza's tears~ NON! Non to make you cry izn't what I intended! Ah Ah, I'm sorry!!
~He rushes over, bumps against her and rubs his cheek against hers, he had heard her say that she had likes him too but the words hadn't hit him quiet yet~ But...but zeese are happy tearz oui? ~he blinks~ Wait..did you say you like me to..?
Are you quite sure you didn't acquire some slowness after that crack to the skull? ~his guardian teases him~
~Sommer blushes and smiles, takes a deep breath and exhales slowly. Good good, so she liked him too...that first part was over..but now came the second part, the part she might not like hearing as much as the first part~

Rodanza laughed softly, giving Sommer a loving nuzzle," You are such a spaz, Sommer," She said with a warm smile, sniffling softly and shaking off lightly," Sorry about the tears. I couldn't quite hold them in," she said with a little embaressed smile.
Her ears perked, looking between Sommer and Robin," But...wait a moment, I thought you two were...," she said, letting her sentence trail off.

Robin pressed his nose under Sommer's chin for a moment, still grinning softly, lifting it. He whispered, "I am not rushing you," before turning to Rodanza and licking her cheek gently as Sommer nuzzed her other cheek with his own.
He took a step back and looked between the two, his warm smile still soft, even if it was not for him, he enjoyed this moment. "So long as they are happy tears I think that we can deal with them, yes Sommer?"
He chuckled again, his spirits only rising, "Close? Perhaps, but, maybe there is still some room..."

~blushes at Robins words~ Ah..you see Rodanza, az you have suzpected, zis zings I feel for Robin az well and..I..I know it iz non fair to azk zis but..I..I waz hoping you could...find room in your heart for Robin..too..??
~he bows his head, paws at the ground very nervously~ I..I couldn't ch..chooze between ze two of you..every time..time...I tried I juzt couldn't..but I know zat zis might not be what you wanted Rodanza and I will underztand if you do non want to be apart of zis..but..I really..can't..chooze....it would hurt me to zink zat I would make one of you sad by being with ze other and selfizhly at ze same time, it hurt and made me angry to zink of you two with othzer Hartz so I...~he voice gives away into a tiny squeek~
I'm..juzt selfizh...I know zat..doez zey want ze man of zeir dreams all for zem...~recalling how his mother often speaks of love or how she wants love to be for her. His voice trails off, thinking he should stop now before he starts to babble~

Rodanza was silent for a moment, mulling it over in her mind.
She looked from Sommer, to Robin, watching him and smiling softly as he comforted Sommer and soothed him. Robin was a lovely Hart, and she'd always found him to be one of the most beautiful around, both inside and out.
Where one would immedeatly object or throw a fit, Rodanza simply thought for a moment and a warm smile overcame her features, filled with affection for them both.
"I think it can work, Sommer...I'd be willing to learn to love Robin," she said softly, nuzzling his cheek gently," I've always thought Robin to be quite the charmer...and more importantly, he is good to you," she said softly, giving Robin a nuzzle also," But...I would hate to corner him into anything he feels umcomfortable with....I would like to hear what he thinks about this,"

Robin's smile drifted as Sommer explained his feelings of choosing and being selfish, and the idea of 'all for them,' his anger, he turned on Rodanza and waited as she was silent. When she spoke his grin grew wide again, but he held in his cheeky remarks in lue of being serious, and nuzzled her in return, as thanks for her quick acceptance and gentle demeanor.
"I am also very willing to learn what it is to truely love with the two of you. There are things that I have said to each of you separately, and there are things that I have not said. I would like to be open, with the both of you, and hope that you are still willing to take the chance to love me." He pauses, ignoring the extra voice berating him in his head and gathers his thoughts.
"I do not know what -in love- feels like, I look at the both of you and see the -warmth- you share for each other, I see this warmth or something like it, reflected back from you, Sommer to myself but I do not know if I will ever truly have this feeling that is so highly spoke of. I do not know if I am able. My Guardian, he says that I am like he is, from the very start, he says that this is what brought him to me. Yes, but, knowing you Sommer, and wanting to know you Rodanza, wanting to know you both better. I feel this very strongly, more strongly than with any other herla I have ever met..."

:~is scarcely believing that this is going as well as it was. Subtly, he stomped on his own back hoof with the other hoof. He winces, the action hurt, which meant he wasn't dreaming.~
Zen...I zink zat we can agree zat, we should..spend time with each othzer and see if we can become clozer. I want ze both of you in my life, it iz possible. If ze two of you can be happy togezther with me and each othzer. Ahh..I am babbling again. I am in..shock..zat zis iz going so well. I expected crying or shouting or somezing.
~nuzzles Rodanza's cheek and then Robin's, chuckling~ Not zat I am complaining. But..doze anyone have any...~he thinks~ zings...zat they want to happen or othzerz to do? Like..me, I want you two to be honezt with each other and me all alwayz, no matter what.
