I have seen protests in regards to my 'Spring Cleaning' venture. I should like to discuss them here and reach a fair and equitable solution for all parties before this venture goes any further than it has. This includes Eviltwinears's branch of the 'Cleaning' and all forums in which any of this has, will, or can take place. It is my hope that everyone shall attend this discussion, to ensure the balance of any agreement or desicion reached. That is all, thank you. Please, let the debate begin.

(Postscript: I ask again that all members involved in this thread attempt to keep a clear head, and be willing to accept concessions and compromises. We are not here to butt horns over the matter, but to reach a solution.)

well to explain my reasons ill tell a story....

once apon a time there was a person born without long lasting memory...
he lacked the ability to keep track of events that happend during a day.
however he was able to remember things so long as he had a reminder

an old giant spoked wheel on the side of his house from a cart he used to ride through the small town he grew up
or a small fur hat that he couldnt wear anymore from his first trip fishing on the banks of chitna

eventualy everything he owned contained at least some memory of a past event for him that he would have forgotten without...

and over time the thought of throwing some of those memorys away as his family insisted terrified him and he went to great lengths to ensure this didnt happen....

and now to this day he had an unconcious fear of throwing most anything away even those things he doesnt perticulerly care about or hold any fone memorys towards

Ahh..... But some of these things don't hold memories. It might be a good way to try and break the habit. I mean, after all, this stuff wasn't used by anyone except the person who created it, and that person's gone and not likely to come back for another four months. And he doesn't seem to have done anything, either...
So why not take a chance?

No. I think we've got the Balls taken care of. So no one else needs to say anything? I can resume Spring Cleaning? (No replies by this time tomorrow, April 20th, and I will assume that is a yes.

I would like to help, but seeing this as impossible currently, during spring cleaning, move any questionalble (even if you question in the least bit), move them to the lost threads. 3nodding Please and Thanks Silent.

I agree with silent! 3nodding we don't need abunch of old threads. Though I also like Kikua's idea of the lost threads subforum. Though I think it is best to get rid of threads no ones posting in after a while beacuse I don't think anyone rereads them.

Very well, then. Lost threads (of any sub-forum, not chatterbox alone) shall be relocated to the Lost Threads Sub-forum. (this includes threads in Myria Main.)
From there, threads can be duly considered for deletion, whilst not cluttering the rest of the Myrian Guild.

that i can agree on 3nodding
though i realy think that rps should have careful consideration before such an action should be taken

Of course! Roleplays will definitely be thoroughly considered before we even think of deleting them. It's the Chatterbox threads like, "the kyoto returns", "i have a white boy butt", and "my biggest bump of goodluck to you all" that have no reason to be kept at all. The Threads just thrown down to make a single statement from a user who is no longer even a member that have no subsequent activity are the threads we're most concerned about clearing away.

. . .
It's weird how alike we're thinking without any communication on the subject at all.
And notices will still be placed in any and all threads be considered for deletion.
