My pet peeve- Hating an edition before playing it.
This, and the other reasons I hear for not liking one is unbearable. I knew a guy who didn't like one edition and didn't even read it or try to understand it. One time we were running a game and he tried to add his two cents about how the edition is bad. When we asked if he's even read anything from it and he said no. He explained his reasons and we had to correct him on every point. I mean if you're gonna hate and debate, at least read and know what you're hating on. Otherwise, it makes you look like a fool.
