"Hmph, as do I, but not when it's filled with the rogues that plague every part of this land." Bari snorted, rolling her eyes before blinking. "No.. I won't get killed by an angry rogue!" She countered, tossing her head in the air (nose high up to show the side of a spoiled brat) as she trotted after him.
"Whereever we are going better we better arrive soon! You should be bigger than me." What was she referring to with that comment? Perhaps if Mbali was taller and stockier...he could carry Bari's smaller form? The mocha female hated walking! The lazy little bugger.

Mbali ignored her shaking his head and rolling his eyes. Girls! They were all the same, so stuck up!
"Well, as I don't know where we are going, you might be walking for a while, and I like being this size. When I grow I will but otherwise I am happy like this." He held back a snarl of annoyance though he was desperate to turn around and yell at her.

Hey, not all girls were stuck up! Just...Bari at the moment! She needed a good wooping though, personally. She needed to know who was boss before her attitude and personality got her into serious trouble.
Go ahead! Yell at her! Like I said, it'd probably do her some good! The female groaned slightly before smirking. She moved besides Mbali, before pouncing on him. Sure, he was a juvenille...but that didn't mean he couldn't carry her! She was small! "Carry me, rogue!" She snickered, unaware her weight probably was too much for his strength. After all...they were just about the same size!

That was it. Mbali only had a certain and very limited amount of patience. He just turned to her his claws out making a swipe at her, not really caring if he hit her.
"You are as much as a rouge as I am. So shut it or run back to your mummy and daddy. I am sure that brother of yours would love to see you.. oh and darling Mosi." He hissed at her. She was getting pathetic!

His claws had scuffed her cheek, but not so much to leave scars. Her eyes glared at him as she moved off him, sitting on the ground. "Go." She growled, fur bristling on the back of her neck. "Go off on your own. I don't want to travel with a prat like you." Who was the prat? Certainly Bari had been confused because she was the one acting like a fool. "Just, stay away from me!" She screeched, heading not in the direction of the way they had been traveling or the way they had come from, but in a whole new direction entirely.

Mbali rolled his eyes and turned around "So now you go off to get yourself killed, do you ever use your brain Bari or does it always go me me me me me." He snarled and ran after her, cutting her off. He was happy to go off on his own but unlike her, he thought about others and he didn't want to see the agnorant female to get killed.

As she was cut off, she stopped, huffing. "I said, leave me alone!" She cried out turning away from Mbali. "I don't care if I get myself killed." She said, contradicting one of her previous comments. "You shouldn't either!" Silently, the pridelander continued to rant. 'No one cares if I will get killed. Not a single person! You shouldn't either!' She repeated mentally, sitting on the ground. If she just sat there, the male would bound to get bored with her right? And then he would leave like he wanted!

Mbali just rolled his eyes. "I do care whether you want me to or not. Now if you want to stay here then so will I. I am not letting you wander off and get yourself killed on your own." He then sat him self down near her, his blue eyes watching her dark body.

"You're the first." Bari muttered, moving back onto her paws. Her tail flicked, but remained low to the ground, somewhat inbetween her legs like a wolf or dog would do. "Come on." She grumbled, walking slowly back in the direction they had originally started from. "Best be going before night approaches." Her head hung slightly, staring at the ground.

He sighed, "Well I doubt I will be the last. You will be a very pretty lioness." He then followed her. He had been talking seriously and not in the flirty tone he used sometmies. Bari seemed to think everyone hated her, that upset him somewhat.

"No I won't." She said, not looking at him. "I'll just be the way everyone else looks. I'll be a rogue...as you said." She sighed, tail dragging on the floor. Bari really did think everyone hated her, but she really only brought that on herself you know. She was the one who instigated everyone as rogues, which caused others to dislike her. Her fault, all her fault!

Mbali sighed. "There isn't anything wrong with being a rouge. Rouges create prides, so everyone has rouge blood even if they are in a pride. Rouges are normally stronger as well, they have to fight to live, where as in a pride you don't. Being called a rouge isn't an insult, just the opposite. It is calling you strong and clever. Being a rouge is just being part of the biggest pride there is, the wanderers." He spoke softly, hoping not to annoy her.
"Rouge or not, you will be pretty. A title doesn't effect how you look, only how you act if you let it." He had learnt alot from his mother in her rambling about how her life was but he had a feeling Bari wouldn't like him repeating the information, oh well.

Another 'hmph' sound left Bari's maw, but she seemed to think about it. Somehow...Mbali was right. I mean, where did the first 'royal' bloodline start from? But still! She couldn't just turn back and be all lovey dovey to those she had called rogues. She'd just make the term of it a different meaning.
"Being a rogue means being with out a family. It means doing what it's must to survive, and that'll include destroying little cubs. Rogues are murderers, and rogues are despicable beings who are not worthy of walking here!" She growled, her normal attitude appearing again.

Mbali snarled a little. "You wonder why everyone doesn't care about you? Just be quiet and think for once will you! Rouges do have families! My cousins are rouges but yet they all have families, in fact one is starting a pride of her own with her mate from what I have heard. They aren't all murderous, only the crazy ones are. Stop grouping others because if you do, they do it back and you get left on your own." He let the snarl drop once he had finished.
He took a deep breath and let out a sigh. "I wont leave you, no matter how stupid or pathetic you act. I wont let you go and die on your own."

Bari narrowed her eyes. If there was soemthing this little juvenille had, it was attitude. She glared at Mbali. "Who cares if I get left out on my own! At least I will know the truth, while others just think they do." She really had things opposite...didn't she? After that comment, she had shut up and remained silent for the portion of the travel.
The two had traveled a fairly decent way by the time night rolled around. Bari groaned quietly, muttering something about not being able to move another step before curling on the ground. "Let's stop here." She whined, tail wrapping around her. "I'm tired...and my paws hurt!" This was perhaps the most walking she had ever done in her life.
