Hey Gilliam! Do you still need the pumpkin mace? Here's how to make it for those who don't know and are in need of the info:
Jade:
- Rare drop from Assassin Zombies. You can find several in the Forest.
Sun Tears:
- Steal from Efreet: damage them some, so they will grab you, then break out of the hold, and quickly steal before they explode. You can find some at Dracula's Castle. I myself, however, got my supply of them at the garibaldi temple. Right at the exit of the Tower of Evermore.
- Rare drop from Flame Demons, can find a lot at the base of the Tower of Eternity.
Miracle Eggs:
- Rare drop from Evil Cores, which are found in Garibaldi Temple, right before the secret boss, Legion. To get to this area, look at your map, and find the area with 4 squares with a sort of plus sign in between them. There's a room SouthWest from there where you need to use any of the Magic Circles to get into. From there just keep continuing till you find them.
Quick Summary of all materials needed:
- 1 Mace
- 1 Gano
- 2 Miracle Eggs
- 1 Sun Tears
- 1 Jade
- 1 Red Steel
You know, I'm starting to hate the steal system myself. I can't seem to be able to steal from the blaze skeletons or the blaze phantoms. I can't get to them even efter getting them in a corner and perfect guarding their backflip attack. I also couldn't steal from Death... What a let down!
Oh and, I didn't allow my Golem to evolve, I only let it evolve after hours of not seeing it learn the technique. I can't explain why cuz, I spent a lot of time at the enemaos machine tower making chain combos with the elevator like things and, nothing!

The Steal systems mean, yeah, we all know that. (Or at least I did. I didn't even use till 1/2 way through the game!) On getting the Chave-Souris (is that even spelt right?) you need 2, on for the devil forging and one for Death's scythe. KEEP THE SPEAR FOR THE ENTIRE GAME! Its faster that Death's scythe, and has good dark damage which is need on the legion boss fight. As fighting that thing w/ death's scythe WAS A PAIN!

hypnocrown You know my friend, I had a similar thing happen to me on another game. You see, on Final Fantasy Tactics Advance there are 2 missions where you are supposed to steal the weapon from a certain character and I had no idea that after a while of stealing the weapon from that character over and over again (the character replaces the stolen weapon for another one), he would replace the useless weapon with a super useful weapon. Now I'm way past that part and according to gameFAQs there is no other way to get those weapons I want. I hope there is another way to get that veil you want somewhere else. I sure don't know as I no longer have a PS2 or any means to play Curse of Darkness. crying Ah , the sword breaker dagger 3nodding

Well, you do need that weapon to steal but, I was talking about the ultima weapons like, "Materia Blade" or "Zeus Mace".
So, does anybody need help with CoD?
