"Yes, well, sort of, she's my sister but we're not related by blood, its..." she smirked and flicked her tail, "complicated... but I'll find her, she's all I have left really, we're the only ones we have," Nix said with a nod. She smirked at him scooted a bit close to him so her shoulder was almost touching his, "What kind of fun?"
Though she wasn't exactly sure how long she could stay. Life was always moving faster then Nix hoped.

'Duzi couldn't help but quirk a brow, his maw slightly gaping as he nodded his head. "You know Marra," he began, keeping a suttle, warm smile upon his maw, "you're lucky ta' have a bezzy mate or another sheila as a family." The rogue pursed his lips, ears flickering as his tail swayed behind him. "Sometimes I wish- bloody hell, I wish I still had my family around but mother natures heartless and neva' fair. Sometimes she takes the things we neva' thought we'd lose right from our grip."
Abandonment?
No.
'Duzi had made a choice to fend for himself and to not let the famine take his life as well. It had taken the lives of loved ones, friends and his siblings but Mipinduzi didn't want to become another casualty of nature; he wasn't going to go down without a fight.
He had made a choice and for himself to be able to survive, he had to sacrifice those he loved so dearly.
Shaking his head and barracading the emotions within him again, Duzi let a grin creep upon his maw as the goddess scooted closer towards him. Lightly leaning against her, the rogue chuckled.
"Tellin' ya' would ruin the mystery of it all."

"Lucky yes but...its been way too long..." Nix couldn't really remember the last time she saw her sister. She'd grown up since then, she had horns now, her wings were white instead of the black they once were. Nix had changed, she wondered if her sister had. It was all such a mystery she wished to solve.
She wondered if she'd remember her...or if Nix would just be a foreign face.
It was saddening, that she hadn't seen her sister in so long, she wondered if her name was still the same, she wondered if her sister had conquered her problem of control over herself. She wondered if...they would ever truly be a family again, would stay together, always and forever like they promised each other when they were cubs.
Though things change over time...she knew that.
Nic pushed those thoughts from mind however when Dusi spoke again, and she smiled, playfully nudged him back, "Oh really? What kind of surprise awaits me then...if I can stay a bit longer hmm?"

The crimson and black striped male brushed his head against her shoulders as he pivoted back a few steps and turned around, taunting her with his tattered, black tail.
"Well," he began, his unusual accent strong as he glanced behind her with his captivating and somewhat mysterious crimson orbs, "perhaps we can discover a bit more about one another; you know, take a stroll about and maybe find someplace to cool off?"
Padding around her as he couldn't help but smile sweetly, Mipinduzi shook his head and let his tapered black mane sweep away from his eyes.
"Maybe I can figu' you out a bit more. You're still shrouded a bit."

Nix shivered slightly as he touched her shoulder, she felt a surge, was ready to pull back but he did instead. She sighed as the electricity went to her wings, and there she would try to store it to release later on...though there was quite a build up of it already. "A stroll would be nice..."
Until she'd have to move on...try to find her sister again.
Why couldn't her sister just stay in one place ugh!
"Mhmmm try to figure me out? That might take longer then you think, and my time, it might be short, my sister, I do still have to find her Duzi, though I'd like to stay here for a while."

His black, tattered mane whisped to the side while his captivating orbs of crimson narrowed towards her with a softened, warm expression. A smile curled upon his maw as he walked beside her with a slight swagger.
"Trus' me," he chuckled softly with a purr soothing his tone, "I think I can' deciphe' mo' 'bout you than ya' think. And you, Marra, you' a bi' o' a challenge but I think I can remove that mask from offa' ya and see who ya' really are."
His brows knitted as he pursed his lips.
"But sometimes family comes firs' and pe'haps you'd find 'er and afta' you can come an' play," he grinned, winking as he drifted close, rubbing against her.

"Oh really Duzi?" she said, giggling a bit, raising a brow, walking a circle around him, flicking her white tufted tail, she smirked at him, and smiled again, a hint of mischief in her eyes. "Who I really am? Well then, if you can really see that, and tell me, then one day I may reward you ya know," she said with a nod, another sway of her tail. Oh yes, a reward for the intelligent Duzi.
"Family first, yea, I miss her, after I find her, I'll come looking for you, she'll probably want to meet you too, that alright with you Duzi?"

"Hmmmm," he mused, pursing his lips as he parted his maw, sliding it across his teeth. "Trus' me, I'll tell ya' one day but ya might need ta do a bit more if ya wanna know."
The crimson and black striped lion gave a wink, then shook his jagged, tapered black mane as he rose up to his paws. 'Duzi flicked his ears, tiltinng his head slightly. There was a feeling- a rather good feeling, that he would see this goddess again and along with her sister.
The male nodded.
"O'course it's alright," the male chuckled. "More ta' merrier."
"But," he added, looking back towards the west, "I'd best be on my way too. I've a deadline wid' gettin' to a certain place. But best wishes in lookin' fo' ya sista' and I'll be seein' ya around."
With that, the male began to trot off- steady until he began suddenly leaping into strong, powerful strides across the grassland.
Oh yes- he had someone else to find once again.
A certain red lioness.

Nix smiled, and was glad that Duzi seemed to understand. She offered him a smile, let her wings fall a bit so that she could stretch them with ease. He had to find someone too? Guess they would both be on a search then it seemed. "I'll see you again Duzi, I'll make sure of it," she said with a nod. She watched him trot off and she smiled, flapped her wings and carried herself up into the clouds. They were turning grayer, and as she flew she let crackles of lightning shimmer in the dimness of the gray clouds that surrounded her.
It seemed like brighter skies and days were ahead of her, and Duzi.
At least, from what she could tell.
