Hello!
I'm somewhat of a yoga enthusiast. (I'm staring a yoga club in my dorm--yay!) Just wanted to share this neat site--it has daily yoga programs you can download, and they're great for experts and beginners alike. It's not too Americanized either!

Note: You do have to download a program to get daily videos, but it's really not that much of a hassle.
