So he takes me down town in an ill fated attempt to help me find this CD I want and we can't find it and it's getting late so we go home, and on the way he says we'll find it on amazon or something. So we get home and we look up the CD and decides that even though it is my money we are spending and it's my CD and he would never have to listen to it that he will not get me the CD because "It's stupid and not Christian, and Vesta your better then this..." I wanted to punch him!!!! I just wanted a ******** CD so I could listen to the music I like on the go and now I'm not aloud to have it even though he's not even paying for the damn thing because he doesn't like it and says I should listen to happier music. IF I WANT HAPPY MUSIC I WILL LISTEN TO THE ******** BEATLES!!! Not everything on the whole ******** planet needs to surround joy and happiness then everything is boring and mundane and has no soul. And not allowing your obviously undisturbed content child not to have one of the very few things she asks for in life just isn't at all coherent!

... so was that the end of it, did you ever get it? did you burn it? its a good thing that i never really had that problem with my parents just cause they never used the computer so it has been pretty much my private sanctuary... to a certain extent.

My dads a programer and my moms on the comp all the time. xp
My mommy let me order it from amazon because she's awesome like that <3 I was still mad though. Dad has serious issues with letting me be myself. >.>
I love the CD too, it's so pretty. <3

yeah. parents are such stiffs when they're parents. although my mom seems to have always been a stiff since she was young. i guess it depends ^_^

*hugs my mommy* My mom is awesome. My dad is the annoying one. The other day when I was already pissed at him for something else he decided to comment upon my taste of music AGAIN. It drives me ******** crazy.

yeah... me and my parents dont really communicate so they never really bring up stuff like that and we rarely argue.

yeah. i was downloading some VNV nation the other day thanks to you anti wink i like it ^__^ and i listened to blutengel. i do like it very much so. and what i heard of it, i'm not quite sure why your dad is against it.

He thinks it's scary goth s**t and that I should be listening to happier things.
I love my Everybody Hates You Album by Combichrist. <3 I bought it on a whim the other day at hot topic. Then some random guy I'd never met before grabbed me by the arm and dragged me back over to the CD rack and started talking to me about them. xd They were in Oregon in august or September and I didn't get to see them because I have no money and I would get lost if I took the max there...
