Whats all this Im hearing about a zelda movie? does anyone know anything about it?

The only thing I know about a zelda movie is this. Some people are trying to make an idepedent zelda film. There was also a guy named Joe Morris who was trying to make an animated zelda movie but nintendo turned him down so many times. Also there are some fake zelda movies out there that I know of. Other than that, thats all I know about it. Are they planning on making an official one or something?

The day a proper movie is made is the day Hell will freeze over. There is no way that the director/s wouldn't screw it up. Ditto times 50 for a Metroid movie. The only way the film could be any good is if its made by a die-hard fan like me or one of the other members of this guild.

The day a proper movie is made is the day Hell will freeze over. There is no way that the director/s wouldn't screw it up. Ditto times 50 for a Metroid movie. The only way the film could be any good is if its made by a die-hard fan like me or one of the other members of this guild.

I agree completely. How long have we been waiting on that Metroid movie? BLah! And a Zelda movie... some potential, but it'd have to live up to the games.

I think that in order to make a good zelda movie the directores and writers would have to play through most of the zelda games and really understand such along with talking to the director and and creator and story writers of zelda ^^ but that would never happen they would just try to wing it and people like me would just get pissed off.

I don''t think anything could live up to the games. Video games and movies are two different mediums. Good video games immerse you completely in the game, while movies can''t do anything like that. Don''t get me wrong. Some movies come pretty darn close.
