I can't access the Muse site at school, because it's too big, but on Triple J this morning Muse were calling in to make an important announcement. I woke up this morning to the radio and it was like "a big band is coming in with some news, and they rhyme with news." "is it the blues? penelope cruz?" I was like "OMGMUSENOWAI."
I checked the JJJ site to confirm. Unfortunately, I can't find out what the news is. My mind has, of course, jumped to the possibility that they might be coming to Australia soon.
Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Confirm!
In English this morning, my brother texted me to say that "Muse are coming in November" it was all I could do to contain myself and not go insane in class blaugh
Last night I was on the Triple J website (the guy who won that Oddessy competition is practically my third brother! surprised so I was reading about him) and I saw a little note about Muse being on the radio early this morning with an important announcement. I could tell that they'd be announcing coming back here.
If it's under 18, I'm going! My parents are actually willing to drive to Brisbane, in the middle of the week so I can go! Eep! heart

It's on Muselive, so it's confirmed. smile There's five dates, I think, and the tickets go on sale some time this month...

Lol, I just remembered that my Christmas present from my dad was Muse tickets. I might ask for some for my birthday, lololol.
Who am I going to be able to take with me? Therein lies the only problem. I suppose I could drag my dad along again...
Where are they selling the Brisbane tickets anyway? I just looked up ticketek and they're only selling the Adelaide and Melbourne shows.
I really need to calm down.

They're playing at the River Stage. Do you know it? Apparently, it'll be like on the Absolution Tour DVD. I was on the phone to my brother before, Muse talking. So, I have a ready-made solution to who I am going with! My only problem is getting to Brisbane in the middle of the week. I'm sure Mum'll take me, I'll use the power of persuasion! xp
I wouldn't know where they're selling tickets... This will be taking my concert virginity eek
I'm pretty hyped up at the moment, but in like a week i'll calm down then come November, I'll go crazy. blaugh

Oh man, I love the riverstage! It's probably the best venue in Brisbane, now that Festival Hall's gone. I saw Powderfinger there when I lost my concert virginity. And it's outdoors, so it'll be so cool. =D.
I don't know if my mum will go with me. Maybe I can ask my dad's friends who saw Muse with Depeche Mode in Sweden. xd .

Powderfinger and Silverchair are touring together, and they're coming here, to my hole of a town razz and I was gonna go see them, I had it planned with a group of friends and everything but we never bought the tickets and it'll be sold out by now. sad
But heck, MUSE!
Ohh, Sweden, how very European of them xd
I'm going to have driven my friends absolutely insane by November. Teehee... blaugh

I wanted to see Powderfinger and Silverchair, but the tickets were $100 and I was just like "pfft, no, I saw them play together at WaveAid for nearly half that price, with a heap of other bands."
Muse is different, though. xd

I saw an advertisement in the Sydney Morning Herald today, for their show in Sydney. I practically had palpitations when I saw it. I'm probably gonna cut it out and keep it xp

I spent my last $2.50 on a Muse badge at the Ekka yesterday (it was so pretty! It had them on it <3).
My subtle hints don't work, though. "Hey dad, Muse are coming back to Australia" "Isn't that nice." GAAAAH.

Apparently they sold out really quick. I can understand why though. heart
Hmm, ebay? Someone is sure to have some for sale on ebay. And maybe they'll sell more tickets later. They did that for a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert.
