yeah. press the IMG button under the Bold button on the post message screen then put in the URL code. the http:// thing.

go to the picture, right click on it, and choose "Copy Shortcut." if its the shortcut to the bigger picture. or just click on the address bar and copy all of that.

Here's a better one with a lot of characters. I would have used a better background, but It's the only one I could find that had all the platforms and stuff I needed.

It's got Megaman, Megaman EXE, Megaman X, Protoman, Roll EXE, Zero, Gate (MMX6), Bass EXE, and Bass. (Combined with Treble)
Oh, and who could forget the idiotic Dr. Wily (Classic) in the back, on the sidelines.

I know it's not a banner, but you could use it.

Yeah, but, even I can't see all of the dudes. I should also maybe take Gate off and put in Sigma, but he's always in super robotic cheesy dude form.
