How many people liked Tenacious D before the movie, or before Jack Black was famous? Everyone only likes them cause Jack Black is famous, and they have a movie. Who all have had the original CD, and had it before the movie was made?

Me. :]] But I don't think there's anything wrong with only discovering them after the movie was made; actually I think the total opposite. It's good that more people know them now because they're music is hilarious and awesome.

I have seen some jack black movies...but I hadn't listened to there music till well 1 month before the movie...but there ok...not really my cup of tea but I have them on my Ipod for when I want a laugh. of good guitar with funny lyrics.

they're pretty awesome and a bunch of people loved them before the movie came out because they rocked back then too and they still rock now

Kyle is actually a pretty good guitarist even though the band is based on humor. And Jack Black is one of the most awesome people in the world.
