Do your fingers shake when you're shoved onto a stage?
  Yes D;
  It depends.
  Not at all. [Lucky >.>]

Tomorrow, I'm performing in an Eisteddfod, where I'll be playing 1. Bach's 8th 2-part invention, and then my own Fantasy in A minor (I don't really know why it's in A minor, but there you go). Tonight, I decided to just record it on my MP3 player, and see what happened. The quality actually surprised me, but there is a bit of talking in the background, since it was only a test, and you can actually hear my brother playing along to Green Day in the more silent parts...but if you'd like to hear it, drop me a PM.
EDIT: And if you like it, I do have some well-prepared sheet music in a neat little file, thanks to Sibelius 4.

Or, if you have any advice to give to an insecure teenager who is performing for the second time in his entire life, then I'll be listening...
Urgh, but the performance is tomorrow, so there goes that idea. Ah well, next time.

Do breathing exercises, and maybe eat a banana a half hour before you go onstage. Don't eat heavy food or right before you go onstage, because that may give you an upset stomach. If you have trouble with cold hand/fingers/neck, etc., make sure you bring gloves and such to keep yourself warm. Shaky fingers are a result of lack of oxygen because we often forget to breathe regularly in face of tension and stress, so consciously reminding yourself to breathe WILL help.

Most of all, enjoy yourself and immerse into the music. ^^

Although even I am still having trouble keeping perfectly calm when performing, those are the things I've gleaned off from others' and my own experience.

Good luck with your performance!

Oxygen is the key! Most people get nervous and FORGET to breath as deeply as normal. If you take some deep breaths - even full body stretches - you'll get more oxygen into you body and help keep the shakes away.

For cold hands, wear gloves - how about suggestions for clammy hands? I've gone both directions, cold and hot. Never have figured out why it's different sometimes from other times.

Mentally, I try to stay focused on the piece - instead of worrying about what the audience thinks about me, I try to think of it as sharing a beautiful piece of music with them - it helps!

I love playing with a band! If I'm with a few other players I don't get nervous at all!
