my avatar is Aidan the fire faerie who is related to the faerie from SOTN. this is my own original character, but it's based off of Castlevania so it counts.

My (current) avatar is based of a character from a Fan-fic i'm writting.

Story: (bored as hell so i'll post it XD)
She's a character from a Castlevania RP called Leonet.
She's supposed to be the daughter of Joachim the Vampire and a Gypsy. Joachim was a vampire when he conceved her, so she is a daphmir. her mother raised her in the Gypsy caravan, while her fathar Joachim was imprisoned by Walter, his maker. The caravan when to France, where at a play when they were performing, soldiers came and tried to kill them. Enraged, Leonet slaughtered the soldiers, saving the gypsy caravan.
Horrified at Leonet's actions, the Caravan asked her to leave, she did so. For many years she wandered Eastern Europe, mainly Russia, until Dracula came to full power. Seeking dracula out hoping that his kind would accept her where as her mother's people didn't. On her way, she meet Richard Belmont, a Vampire Hunter. He didn't treat her as a monster, rather as normal person, something Leonet longed to be. Making up her mind, she chose to follow Richard if it ment she could live as a human rather than a vampire. Later, she meet Alucard, Dracula's son. Falling in love with him, she chose to become a criminal human/vampire hunter. Killing those that had regected her for what she was.
Alucard regected her love, saying that to love would only make thier lives more sorrowful than before. Having her love scorned, she regected her emotions, become a cold ruthless killer...

Well, my avatar is no longer CV related but my mule's is. Mine right now, is more FF related than anything else. I can't believe it took me a while to come back and edit my post, he-he. PS: Nice going iStoleYurVamps!

I just got a Saint Seiya themed Avatar, though I have Red hair and the boots dont quite match sweatdrop I once had my avatar as Simon Belmont (Chronicles), Classic Simon/Trevor, Alucard (with old stuff now with this newer more convincing stuff), and John Morris (Bloodlines) 3nodding

yeah XD, too bad they dont have any other armours besides Seiya and Dark Capricorn (I think that's what the other is based on, forgot a bit) surprised

My avi doesn't really have any blatant CV-inspired basis, as my original concept was based more on a character I created for a fan-sequel project thingy for Wild Arms: 2nd Ignition.
But when I got together enough gold to do some decent clothes shopping, one look at the top I've got on now reminded me of the robe worn by the lead character in a "traditional Japanese horror"-type anime called Kousetsu Hyaku Monogatari, otherwise known as Hundred Stories... though for some weird reason it got renamed something like "Requiem from the Darkness" when it was officially licensed in the US.

My Dream avi is also sort of Castlevania inspired.  The whip, the Elegant Black Cloak and Vest are all inspired by the totally awesome #1 Vampire Killer of all time, Julius Belmont. razz Julius for Prez.
