Supposedly he had weapons that are linked to an attack? WHAT? That's what Operation Alchemy told me. Anyone else know anything about this?

this is such a surprise.. i've never heard of any celebrity in bollywood or hollywood go to jail for that long!!!

I feel so bad for him... and the judge says he won't be able to get out early because of good behavior--he has to stay in there for the full six years.

Operation Alchemy sad I feel so bad for him... and the judge says he won't be able to get out early because of good behavior--he has to stay in there for the full six years. ouch...i guess no mumbai movies for a while...

This is all because of the mumbai bombings in 1993. they were a really big thing. (go look it up) He went to jail because he was holding guns and things for the people who did that. mind you he did go to jail for 18months in '93 or something and all this time he was out on bail waiting for the court date for the case. It is quite sad that he got sentenced after 14years but what can you do, he has accepted this. wiki link to the bombings

kita200 He just got out on bail yesterday. true...but pretty soon he is taken to court... and if he isnt sentenced to jail...they said like he has to go to the police station every week or something for inspection...
