Who exactly runs this mafia? Who's our Godfather if you will? Here's what I see.
Mallion is defintely high up possibly equal to (if not higher than?) Mr. V.
Next level down is Fixer. Pretty important guy. Answers to everbody and looks like a tourist, but an important guy none the less.
Not far below him (equal to or higher?) is Gabriel, who basically just works for Mallion, and has command over the rest of her goons, who make up the very bottom of the mafia food chain.
Fidchell and Wolf are kind of up there somewhere.
The demons all work for (yet unnamed person), who has his son Louis next in line, and his daughters Aria and *blank* are basically just mafia princesses.
Allastor's over here doing his own thing, consuming people left and right, and working with (for?) Mallion (or is she working for him?)
Whatever's going on, it's hard to figure out.

I have no idea. Maybe some unknown person above V and Mallion? Maybe it IS V and Mallion? I don't know!!
