Quinlan curled his tail from around his nose as he stirred from his nap under a willow tree. He rose and stretched like a cat, shaking the sleep from his system. The deep blue male then extended his wings to stretch their muscles. Once fully awake, he emerged from behind the curtain of pale slender branches. Quin moved to the edge of a small lake that was fed by a river from somewhere in the mountains. He lowered his head and drank from the cool water, savoring the feel of the cool sliding down his throat.

//.Kion watched the Azure One from afar, his thoughts running endlessly through that half-witted brain of his.
Oh, how he had to stifle a moan when Quinlan stretched!
Feh, he hated himself when he got too wrapped up in his lust...but, alas, how could one not feel for the gorgeous, winged blue?
Steeling himself, throwing his aloof, cocky cloak over his shoulders, so to speak, the purple Ulaith trotted out into the lush green field, making a beeline for Quin.
The silver bells on his horns tinkled softly with each footfall the stud made, and his lips were pulled back into a cocky grin as he stopped.
"Mind if I join you, Azure?"
It seems that Kion had already given the male a nickname. With an inward chuckle, Kion lowered his elegant head, watching Quin's reaction as he drank.

Quinlan lifted his bright orange eyes at the sound of lightly tinkling bells. He raised his head as the purple maned male drew near. He blinked slightly at being addressed as Azure. Quin noted the male's confident mien with a hint of interest lighting in his eyes briefly before he closed them and bowed his head slightly.
"You can join me. I don't mind." He lowered his head to the water, but didn't continue drinking. "And my name is Quinlan," the winged male stated, a ghost of a grin playing at his lips. His eyes were open now and had an intelligent, almost mischievious sparkle to them.
Quinlan lapped up the cool water from a moment in silence. "What might I call you?"

//.Kion raised his head from the water, the dappled sunlight gracing him with scales of purple fire.
Pausing a moment, as if thinking something quite difficult over, the Ulaith grinned. "I like Azure better."
Shaking his head to rid his lips of excess water, the male eyed Quinlan inquisitively.
"As for what you can address me as, sexy would be the best. However, my Chosen usually sticks with "damned vain dragon", if you prefer that one."
Kion sat on his haunches, tilting his head to the side, such as a cat would, the bells on his horns chiming softly. The grass was soft beneath him, just as he preferred, and the day was beginning to die, the sun casting it's fiery rays down upon the two of them, turning Quin's wings into a pale, ghostly fire.
Oh, how Kion longed for those wings to envelop him.

Once having his fill of the spring water, Quinlan sat down in the soft grass next to the lake. He found that it was still slightly warm from the setting sun, causing him to murr softly in contentment. He eyed the other male, finding that the play of the fading light on his scales rather pleasing.
Quin chuckled slightly at what Kion wanted him to address him as. "I'll consider it. I suppose I could handle being called Azure," he mused, angling his head slightly. "My Chosen often calls me by Quin, if Azure ever loses its appeal on your tongue, you can call me that too."
Quinlan shifted his position slightly to where the sun was at his back, putting him slightly closer to the other male. He partially opened his wings, letting them be heated by the last rays of the day. He curled his tail loosely around his feet. With him being backlit, the pale blue tips of his soft feathers seemed to brighten ever so slightly.
"So, what brings you to these parts? Any special reason?"

That was too easy of an opening to miss.
Kion chuckled as he settled himself down in front of the male, so that the sun's last rays warmed and heated his crest for the night to come.
"You may call me Kion, dear Quin."
His reasoning behind his coming today was solid; he really had wanted to speak to the gorgeous blue, as he had been watching the winged one for some time now out in the open Plains.
There had been too many other Ulaith around, though, and Kion really couldn't choose who to court after dear Omrin.
Kion's deep red eyes wandered over the blue, toying with his feathers, tracing the outline of his wings, and following that masculine curve of his hips, down past his tail to..
Kion checked himself.
Now is not the time to be thinking of that, vain old cow.
Oh, but it was the perfect time!
Ah, how he hated internal wars.
Letting his tail twitch idly, such as a hunting cat's would at rest, he met the blue's gaze.
"And what brings you here, Azure?"

Quinlan smiled warmly to male now in front of him and nodded at learning his name. "Alright, Kion it is then. It's a pleasure to meet you and to have a name to match to the face."
He had the feeling that he was being looked over, but he didn't really mind. A little attention every now and then didn't hurt, and he certainly didn't mind who was doing the looking.
Kion wasn't the only one who was checking things over. Without really noticing, he skimmed over the other's exsquisite form. His eyes drifted from the other's dazzling red eyes, to his fine musculature, down the length of his body to his twitching tail.
He mentally shook himself and pulled himself back to the conversation.
Quin gave a slightly crooked grin. Where is my head at?
"Well, Kion, I come here to get away from the bulk of other Ulaith. Sometimes I find it nice to get away from the crowds and enjoy myself. Get a chance to spread my wings and such." He chuckled and extended his wings, before folding them loosely at his sides.
There was a evening breeze coming with the growing twilight. The sky was a blaze of indigo, orange, and red, casting a glow on the meadow where the two Ulaith conversed.

Kion moved forwards, slinking on his stomach, so his elegant head was a scarce three inches from Quin's own.
The purple Ulaith radiated heat, and he let his gaze wander quite noticeably (on purpose, of course), down the length of Azure's form to rest near his rump.
As red orbs skimmed over Quin's scales, Kion arched his muscled neck, allowing his silken, feathered crest to brush across Quin's cheek, ever so slightly, however it was certainly enough to send a chill down any spine.
The Ulaith's breath was hot on Quin's ear as he murmured, "Perhaps we should go to a..ah, more enclosed area?"
Ah, how he loved this game.

Quinlan was surprised by Kion's bold advance to be so near to him. He kept his orange orbs on the purple male's deep red ones.
What is he planning? Quin thought to himself.
He didn't retreat from thier shared closeness, rather enjoying the heat put off by the sleek purple male. Upon feeling Kion's crest caress his cheek so delicately, he had the urge to shiver, but he kept his composure. The effect of the action was still apparent in that his mane seemed to stand up for a moment before returning to normal.
Quin took a deep breath and closed his eyes, taking in the other's scent.
He shook himself and opened his eyes, briefly scanning thier surroundings. "Perhaps we should." He thought of his willow and of a secluded forest glade just beyond that. "I believe there's a place not too far from here where we can go."
Hmm, this evening is certainly getting really interesting really quickly. Let's see where the night leads.
Quinlan gave a charming smile before scooting back a little from Kion. He rose and sauntered around the other, allowing the feathers of his wings to trace lightly along Kion's side as he passed. He came to stop along the purple male's side. "Shall I lead the way?" Quin's smile had an almost impish curl at the corners of his mouth.

"Certainly, Azure. Lead on."
So that I may get a nice view.
Of course, he didn't dare voice that latter thought.
He knew the blue was just as interested; for touching another Ulaith along the jaw, cheek, neck, or ribs with a feathered or furred wing, crest, or mane certainly meant interest, with more than just a little lust behind it.
Kion stood gracefully, and as Azure lead the way, Kion paused for a moment to look up at the stars.
A cool breeze swept through the meadow, and Kion closed his eyes in pleasure as it combed through his crest, welcoming the chill against his heated scales.
With a contented sigh, Kion padded quietly in Quinlan's wake, letting his eyes rest on the male's muscled haunches.
They certainly are gorgeous, aren't they, lustful beast?
Chuckling inwardly, Kion picked up his pace a little to catch up.

"My pleasure, Kion."
Quinlan paused to allow Kion a chance to catch up. He looked over his shoulder as the purple male drew near, a smile playing at his lips. With the setting of the sun, the evening grew cooler and fireflies began their nightly flights. His tail swayed lazily behind him as he moved.
They drew near to the willow which Quin had previously been napping under. The grass was long and the long slender branches of the tree draped down to meet it, but should a strong breeze come their seclusion would be corrupted.
"Mm, not here." Quin mused softly to himself. He turned his vivid orange orbs to Kion. "There's a better place just a bit farther."
He pressed on, savoring the evening breeze on his scales and wings. There was a patch of forest ahead, thick and old. After passing the first aged trees and wading across a shallow stream, there was a clearing in the wood. It allowed for privacy , yet plenty of room to move.
Quinlan turned to face the intriguing, confident Kion. "Does this place suit your tastes, lovely?"

"Looks fine to me, Azure," Kion murmured whilst taking in the clearing's features.
Fireflies danced their rituals around the lush grasses, and the songs of cicada, grasshopper, and nightingale melted into a wordless chorus of nightsounds.
Noticing the gentle curve of a sloping mound, Kion grins over his muscled shoulder at Quin, making his way over towards the little hillock.

Quinlan raises an eyebrow at Kion's grin and his interest in the small rise. He shadowed the other and moved towards the little hill, curious as to see its draw.
He tipped his head to one side slightly, keeping his eyes trained on Kion. Quin felt his inquisitiveness smolder in his chest.
"What has piqued your interest so?"
